This coffee maker is easy to user and very attractive

Purchased this coffee maker for my family member that needed options for brewing. Can do conventional brew with filter and pot and individual brews with pods or filter and to cup or mug. I got feedback it does the job very well. Happy user.

Leaked on my first cup of coffee. Looks great, but performance not so much unless you like spending ten minutes wiping up your counter.

Good device, fast boiling water, easy to clean nice color

We were so happy to see this go on sale. This is our second one. Our pot broke on the one we have. I'm hoping we can get a replacement for the pot. It's been a very good coffee pot.

The single serve side (most of why we bought it) has a very poor design and gets clogged with grounds (from a k cup- inside the adapter for the k cup) and we regularly have to pick them out with a tooth pick. We've used it about 10 times and it just stopped working all together and the water won't even run through it. It steamed like crazy and got super hot and smelt like burning plastic. So sad in this purchase.

Works great, looks nice. After some comparison, found it's a bit overpriz ed.

This coffeemaker is simple to operate for both full pot and single cup. It does not have a reservoir, which is actually easier. The opening for the pot water is wide and easy to pour into. The single cup maker also has a fairly wide opening. You just pour clean water in the amount you want, and it will brew just that amount, instead of guessing between set levels. The single cup base is adjustable from a tall travel size to a short cup. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this coffee maker and really didn’t expect much because of the price. After several uses I’m impressed with how good it actually works. Highly recommend.

Bought this coffee pot June 2020 $149.99 on sale. It worked great until Monday January 25th 2021 Digital display is out. We have to push the brew buttons on pot and single brew multiple times to get the coffee started. This is NOT how I want to start my day at 5am, fighting with my coffee pot. My question is,,,why did my $59.00 Bella coffee pot last 7 years, and this $149.99 coffee pot didn't last 1 year? Don't buy this coffee maker...you will be replacing it in less than a year!

Great coffee maker easy to use and good price, I love it

When people testify how thin and fragile the glass of the carafe is, BELIEVE IT!! I read it and took a chance because the price was so good. I was super careful, having read reviews about the glass. As soon as I started filling it with water to clean the unit, the glass immediately cracked at the handle! Never brewed my first cup. So very disappointed.

Hard to get the program plus it trips the circuit after a minute brewing. Taking it to service.

I'm very happy with this coffee maker. The ease of use is ridiculous. Looks great in my kitchen and literally every grind of coffee is used by this bad boy. Love it..

This coffee machine is great. I can use ground coffee or the k-cups in the single serve brewer and, if I want a full pot, use the other side.

Large coffee pot works fine.. kcup side sucks.. worked for about 3 months. Streams , clogs… wouldn’t recommend for k-cups

I bought this coffee machine online from Besbuy to receive in the store and when I opened the box the coffee machine was in poor condition I went to the store and they told me that it was used in customer service. My people have to be careful when buying from BestBuy, carefully review what they buy. They sell old things for new ones.

Was nice at first. Not quite a year after buying the single pod no longer works. The ground coffee maker takes forever to make a pot of coffee. I really had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it was a huge letdown.

this coffee machine beats any other unit I've ever had...better the any keurig and ten times better then a standard premium coffee machine

Good poor support. I can't get a part to the coffee machine which makes it less than useful
