I love this coffee pot

Some reviews said the lid will not come off the coffee pot but I had not issue with removing and washing. The single cup side it great for brewing one cup of coffee.

New favorite coffee pot

I switched from my Kuerig and haven’t looked back. It’s super convenient whether it’s coffee just for me or for the family. The only thing I don’t love, it’s super easy to clean/wipe down the insides and it tends to build up white residue in the water areas.

Filter basket overflowed

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this Trio 12 cup coffee maker on 24 May, 2020. 1st day, no trouble with a regular brew setting and 8 cup level. 2nd day tried gourmet brew setting with same 8 cup level, and the water overflowed the filter basket. Used my usual coffee grind, and filled the filter basket to 1/2" from the top. Did I do something wrong on day 2?

The Best Coffee Maker!

This coffee maker does it all and we learned about the strength settings and programmable settings which made this the top coffee maker. We would have purchased 2 and gifted one to a family member. This item beats the Kurig coffee makers anyday! We love this item and highly recommend it.
