Broke within a week

Even bought a other as a back-up..both are now returned. Went to go make a pot.. maybe the third pot of coffee and the back left hinge snapped off. Really wouldn't have been a problem, however the drip system tubed are apart of the lid, so there now is a malfunction. I also was so excited that I emailed the company to order a backup glass carafe, yeah they don't sell them, nor aftermarket. And couldn't recoment a style that fit.
