Sadly having to return this unit. Seems to have a defect on the non-carafe side. It will just die out while brewing on that side. You have to turn it back on at least two times to get a 15 ouncer. Also, just to mention it is very stern on water fill. Do not overfill it by even a smidge or it will tell you to get your coffee elsewhere. I have had to remove a bit under a tablespoon of water to get back in its good graces. Also the k-Cup Grounds adapter has a nice silicone sealing ring, but it seems to still want to seep.

I bought this as a wedding shower gift. Then COVID 19 put a stop to that. So I thought I would use it later on. Not happy at all I’ve been using about 6 months and the k cup no longer works very disappointed.

Strength Setting Is Useless

For some reason, regardless of strength setting or amount of coffee I put into the basket, the coffee always comes out super watered down. There are 2 different brand coffee makers I use at work (1 which doesn’t even have a strength choice) and both brew great coffee. And as rarely as I use the K-Cup side, multiple times it has come out as basically water.
Also - I can’t pour a cup without spilling. That’s bizarre.

Did not last past 3 days of use before k cup would not brew. Tried to reset same issue of no brewing persisted. Return the next day for Keurig model.

Basket overfills, messy to deal with. Hot plate was missing so it is not lifting the coffee maker to make contact with the flow/spring dispenser. I contacted Brim, left a detailed message with my phone number and they have yet to return my call. I am so disappointed because my friend owns a coffee shop & she highly recommended Brim. I'm saddened that I have to return it!!!

Bought this for a birthday gift for my husband....We were really excited...opened it, set it up..single side not functioning....brand new....piece of junk....store not opened for returns...really disappointed... that's why it was cheap...I guess....

Piece of absolute trash! I just bought this, and there’s a piece missing! So I took it back and got another one. Worse than the first, this one won’t brew! What absolute trash! Waste of time and money

I have had this coffee machine 6 months and it’s broken. The traditional coffee pot brew is ok. The K pod brew side no longer works. I have tried cleaning it to see if there was a clog, no luck. When I insert a k pod and press the brew button, the cup explodes and there is coffee grounds everywhere and a small of the water is brewed into the cup. Do not waste your money on this product. I regret this purchase.
