fire hazzard

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please do not buy,ours caught on fire and was smoking from under warming plate,I filed complaint with saferproducts.gov and also noticed someone else with same model had same problem,if we hadnt been right by the unit who knows what would of happened! i called manufacturer and they dont really care about apparent danger!

Awful! Buyer Beware!

It took months and several phone calls to finally get a check set for the purchase price because they didn’t have a replacement available anywhere!!! Do not buy!!!

Not so good

Brim Coffee maker

Had to use the extended warranty to get another one because it was past the 14 day in store warranty. The new one stopped working with in the two weeks. Had to return it again, this time I got a refund.

Disappointed

Do not buy, especially from Best Buy. They do not stand behind the products they sell! Good luck trying to get anything resolved with Brim also!

Poor quality

It can't regulate the water, Allmost in impossible to set the time. Even priced at $70.00 deal of the day stay away!

fire hazzard

Will not last

The pot does not fill up the cup of coffee grounds just overflows into the pot and I manually have to hold the pot up.

Electrical issues in coffee maker in less than 3 m

Does not start. Seemed to be a good coffee maker, Did not last too long. I do not what to do without my coffee.

Short lifespan

People complain about the speed? The single serve is done in 1 min., a pot in 10 min. To not need the wasteful Keurig packs is another welcome bonus. After reading complaints of the "thin, fragile" (it isn't) carafe I bought the Geek Squad warranty which was a waste. Highly recommended.

Brew a pot, single cup, use the pod or fresh ground coffee! You can’t really do any better than this!! Added bonus, it was on sale! Highly recommend this coffee pot!!
