I have one that I purchased from Best Buy .It does the job.I wish the burner was made better and doesn’t rust .Also ,the single cup reservoir is small .

Have been waiting for an affordable 2 in 1 but this 3 in 1 is even better. Has function to program start in the morning. Great buy.

Easy to use and I like the fact that you don’t have to buy any coffee filters because it has a reusable one. Got it for a great price! So far so good.

My only complaint is how tal the door is when you open it to add coffee and water. I have to pull the coffee maker al the way to the edge of the counter to open it up.

I like the fact that i can brew 1 cup or 12. I'm not a fan of pods, but it's nice to have on hand if someone wants a flavored oe decaf

Picture does not show a post in center of lid, difficult to pour and clean.I was disappointed as it will spill over lid if you tilt very much and make a mess. The lid does not detach to clean. The post is in the way when filling the pot as it sticks out.

Love the 3-way coffee maker. The brewing systems works very well with no issues so far.

We bought this in the York Rd. store to replace the crappy Hamilton Beach duo model we had. The old HB coffee pod section broke within a few months due to a plastic hinge that broke and then a year in the other plastic hinge on the main water door broke. This Brim model has a METAL hinge in the single section and a strong ENCLOSED hinge on the main section. The plastic used in the whole appliance is MUCH thicker and won't warp the way my old one did. The Brim makes a much better cup of coffee too. I'm sold. There is no comparison in quality between this machine and other's like it - this one is the best.

Disappointed, single cup side stopped working and won’t drip ??? tried and tried not sure what’s wrong. Maybe I got the broken one ? Coffee pot side is still working. Debating to return. ?!

So sad. The carafe worked fibe but the single serve worked 2 times then no more. Ive read others had the same or similar experiences.

I will be returning this...when using the kcup, once completed, the machine completing shuts off and cant be ised for about 5 minutes. It will not turn on, then have to unplug it and wait 5 minutes.

Great looks horrible design. First of all, the burner under the carafe wouldn't turn off. The way it is supposed to turn off makes absolutely no sense (resetting the keep warm setting from 2 min to 0min) and that doesn't even work. I had no idea it was still warm and am surprised the empty glass carafe (which is very thin) didn't shatter with all that heat. I reached out to customer service to find out why it wasn't shutting off and their only response was to resend me the owners manual which i had already read. Secondly it has two separate water compartments. One for the carafe and one for the single brew The single brew one holds enough water for one brewing so you have to fill it up before each cup of coffee. Such a pain when you are used to a Keurig. Lastly, the new compostable "keurig" capsules didn't work because it requires a hole both at the top and bottom. This caused water to come out of the top all over the counter (and is bad for the environment).

Have had it for slightly less than two years. The gaskets for both the coffee and single serve sides are shot so water leaks out with every pot. It makes delicious coffee, but spills about 2 cups worth so its a mess.
