works well, but warming plate is not hot enough, the convenience of the single cup brewer and separate pot brewer is very good

The Brim Triple delivers as advertised. The convenience of a making a single (large) cup off the single serve is convenient when you want to venture to another bean that is not in the larger burr grinder and can hand crank a small batch. Also, times when making a regular pot and someone ones a pecan infused bean. Easy to use and brews a pretty good large batch. I can even get some of the funky smells that come from different beans from different locales float through the air so we know if it is a Guatemalan or African or etc. bean brewing. I don't use K-cups so can't discuss the issue some have had with backflow.

Has many features I love it could brew a little faster but other than that amazing

Bought this item on a Best Buy deal of the day, and extremely happy that I did so. This gives you the option of making a pot of coffee up to 12 cups, or if you just want to have a single cup you can do that either with a pod or with the attachment to use coffee grounds. Easy to use and clean, I would absolutely recommend this for any coffee lover!

I like the functionality, but the pot spills if you don't lift the lid to pour. Got it at a great price!

This coffee maker is awesome. I really loved it. But man can a company ruin something for you. I got this about a month ago. I went to scrub the carafe today and took the lid off. Well, the way the handle is attached directly to the thin thin thiiiiin glass, it cracked right off. That was bad but customer service is a joke. I called customer service in Canada but got India and a woman who I literally could not understand(and man did I try)...I think she told me to look online because they didn't sell any parts. So I looked online and there was not a single replacement carafe for this coffeemaker....ANYWHERE!!. I emailed them and probably the same woman responded saying "we do not have this carafe but we may in 3-4 months". Huh? ?? So the huge coffee making part of this is completely useless and now I will have to get a coffeemaker from a real company. Too bad since it actually did a great job....but if you need the simplest of things and a company just dismisses you...well...I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I read reviews about many different issues people have had with this machine. I have had no issues. Worked right out of the box just like the instructions say. The carafe is no thicker or thinner than any other coffee maker I have ever had. I have to say that this makes a great cup of coffee. I have used the carafe side a lot and used the single serve just for hot water. Everything is perfect.

It was too big for my kitchen countertop, so I returned it
