Thought it was a great deal, turns out snake oil.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to think I scored a great deal, then the single serve side started to do a thing where both lights would just flash, but turns out cold water made this happen. Now though it is completely broken on the single serve. Like others just blows stream and doesn't brew, looks to be an issue at the little white rubber cap that sits where the water shoots up to the top where the water goes through the K cup. Looks seated fine but still doesn't work.

Purchased the machine as an addition to our current machine for when guest sleep over our current coffee machine does not have the capacity to take on larger amounts of coffee drinkers. Last thing you want are morning guest that have to wait for their coffee.

10/10 coffee machine

Better than my last coffee machine where it only keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours after setting it, this one allows up to 4 hours of keeping the morning coffee warm for my mod day coffee break.

I would buy this again

However, the K-Cup portion stopped working just before the warranty ran out. We loved having the option for both a single cup or the big pot. The coffee pot part still works great and we use it daily. The features are very easy to use and it had great instructions.

We used the pod side more and one the last few days it worked, the lid qould get stuck and the grounds would come out everywhere so please be careful of any hot grounds/liquids.

Great, flexible coffee maker

I had a standard Keurig to make a to go cup of coffee for my commute to the office before the pandemic hit. Now that I’m home all of the time, having a full pot of coffee is a great work week option while I use the k-cup option on the weekends. Very easy to use. Works perfectly.
