I normally write reviews after I have used the product for quite some time. With that said, I have had this printer for nearly 2 years and it runs like a champ. I love the wireless capabilities for printing from our mobile phones and it's super quiet. Highly recommend this printer. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that the toner cartridges are "extremely expensive". That's my only complaint. I personally order TN-436 Super High-Yield Toner Cartridges.

This is my first venture into laser printers, so I can only compare it to the ink jets that I have owned before. This printer was easy to set up but it is large and heavy and having someone to help lift and position it was helpful and perhaps necessary. Print quality is outstanding. My only complaint is that it is much slower than an ink jet. All in all, this is a great printer and a good buy.

I love the Brother - MFC-L8900CDW Wireless Color All-in-One Laser Printer! Delivery of this product was quick and convenient. This printer is the best and easy to maintain.

This replaced an older but similar Canon printer. This works well, good color. I wish it had indicator lights like the Canon for connected Wi-Fi and job in process. There is about a 15 second delay on initial page (I suspect this means it is more energy efficient by not staying hot when idle). But then prints fast. Also nice it does double sided scanning.

Great machine. Wish I purchased it years ago and saved myself the headache of going into my office on weekends/off hours to scan with speed and ease. If I had to find one thing to comment on if the machine is idle for too long I need to turn off/then on to warm up.

Easy setup, great quality, easily accommodates most home office situations.

For the price, you cannot beat it. We are a small-medium office and this machine runs like a tank. Sure, ink gets pricey, but for what we can do in-house, I am very satisfied. Very high quality prints and responsive buttons. Highly recommend.

I wanted to like this printer however I am very disappointed. When the printer works, it is amazing. However I find that every 2 days it disconnects from my wifi and I have to do a whole reboot and troubleshooting to get it to connect again. This is not what I had in mind for a $700 printer. Unfortunately these issues became blatant after the return window or else it would be going right back to the store.

I'm still figuring out the quirks of this machine, yet, overall it's a mighty fine buy. Black and white prints are crisp; color prints reflect what's on the screen just fine. For my small operation, it's getting the job done. Having to swap out different types of paper when needed is a drag; however, I'm no quitter...I WILL figure you out, Brother!

At first I LOVED this printer. UNTIL I had to deal with the cartridges. 1--I needed to print for a client appt, and even though Cyan still showed 20% level, the printer said it was empty and wouldn't print - even thought I changed it to just B/W. I even took the cartridge out and shook it. 2-My CMY all showed the same level as Cyan, but Cyan had the alert symbol. I paid for a cyan cartridge to be overnighted since that was the only one the system marked. 3-Cyan came, I changed it and it still wouldn't print - now it was Yellow. Levels hadn't changed since the day before and nothing had been printed. My budget is really tight right now, but I ordered the 4 pack thinking it's going to do the same thing with Magenta. So I replaced the yellow and am back home, trying to print and it won't tell me what it's not happy with, it just says my toner is low. I spent $400 on freaking cartridges (Brother so no to mess up the warranty) and the darn thing STILL WON'T PRINT. I can't take it to BB because it's too heavy and since they re-did the Total Tech, I can't get a tech to come help me and every time I call the 800# it's some foreigner on the other end who screws up my printer settings for the office. So if I had it to do over, I would NOT have bought this printer and I certainly would NOT have bought it from BB.
