We’ve only had it a few days but seems to be working as advertised. Setup was easy. Slid into space easily.

The outlook is very simple and clean and graceful. It works good and detailed control system. I wish the door is a little light , it is heavy for Me to open.

DO NOT USE THE SUBCONTRACTOR BOXBOYS LTD. They lied about digging up our floor while pulling our old fridge out from the wall. Tim assured me from the Brick, NJ store that the delivery people could handle removal and have done it all the time. I asked specifically since this was a built in 48" wide and 80+" tall. The men pulled out and decided they couldn't do this and needed 2 more men and then pushed it back! left the new fridge in my dining room/kitchen and it took 2 weeks before other completely different people showed up! Now they tell the insurance company they were never there! SMH our insurance claim is denied and I am out a engineered hardwood floor that is the same throughout a 1100 sq. ft. house!

The two guys worked their butts off to remove our old built-in unit weighing 700 lbs!

A Best Buy Partner did a Built In Refrigerator install for me this past weekend. The crews were friendly, very thorough, and did a great job. I did not purchase the refrigerator from Best Buy.

Best Buy has been unable to get this job done. I've had 4 crews cancel because they don't have a 4 man crew scheduled despite Best Buy claiming they have this in the notes. Weeks have passed and I have a safety risk here at home with a used built in refrigerator propped against my wall. Worse service ever and a complete waste of my time.

The install and haul away was great. However, the scheduling software and automatic system was horrible. Randomly move or reschedule. Send text it was scheduled for next day and nobody shows. Apparently i needed to click the link and then a second link to reschedule. Then why send a textbit was scheduled for tomorrow when it really wasn't. Very disappointed in your scheduling system. Whoever bought into the system needs to be fired.

We had a built-in to haul away and it was not as easy a task as it should have been due to the flooring in our kitchen. These gentlemen were so helpful and worked with us to get the thing out.

LOVE the size and quietness of this beautiful NON-Smudge unit. It’s beautiful, awesome inside space, no large ice maker taking up valuable space. ITS PERFECT!!!

The hull away went well except we had a small damage on our flooring. We didn't say anything and just let it go. The refrigerator was heavy to haul away and to put in the new one in. It was minor but I know some people wouldn't think so.

Great crew came and performed their work effortlessly and were very efficient.

This was not easy - yet they got it done! Had to come back twice to do it!

SubZero/built-in owners only: Best Buy does not have its act together in coordinating removal of a built in. Understand, a built-in is really just a regular refrigerator with paneling... a bit heavier. But it took only two people to take it out and move it. Yes, another person should be there to help guide and help dip it below the exit door. But Best Buy requires four people. And their staff never notified their contractors of the requirement, so they kept sending out two people for the job. It took so long the first time, I had to cancel and return the 1st refrigerator (they dropped it off in my garage, but couldn't finish it because of the haul away issue). I purchased my same fridge again, then I called the contractor (by then I had the dispatcher's personal cellphone number) and Best Buy order people to coordinate the job. Tough. I love the fridge. But boy, Best Buy needs to fix this miscommunication issue. Note: I recommend this item because there is no alternative that doesn't cost a lot of cash.

The only reason I'm giving it a 1-star is because the 1st team that went didn't pick up my built-in fridge because they thought I didn't have an emergency shut-off valve behind the fridge, I did and had to call a plumber to disconnect the fridge. The 2nd Haul-Away team was professional and made things right.

After two previous attempts by two separate crews to uninstall the old built-in refrigerator and install the new refrigerator, Terry and his crew were determined to get the job done and they did. Loved their positive attitudes, especially Terry's. He is a long time BB employee, and it is evident that he loves what he does. Also, he is passing his wonderful work ethic along to all those with whom he works. kudos to Terry and his crew!

After NINE FAILED ATTEMPTS to get rid of my old fridge, they lie about not hauling away built-ins, wow (as they have that item to review). Their reasons: 1. 2-man crew too small (legit, next time, right?), 2. 2-man crew too small (wait, you knew), 3. 2-man crew & railing needs to be removed (you knew and I can remove it in 5min, do you think a lift would help? "no, we don't need one"), 4. we're gonna need a lift (wait, you said no to that), 5. 2-man crew too small (where is this mysterious 4-man crew??), 6. no lift (what?!), 7. 2-man crew too small (really??), 8. me (monitoring truck location): are you sending 4 guys with a lift? them: no, that's the premium team (omg!), 9. guys went to the wrong address (seriously? the entire workforce has been to my house). After the 7th attempt, a manager promised compensation. The amount "would be discussed after the haul-away." At this time, EVERYONE knows I have a built-in. They've seen it and I've told several people on the phone. After the NINE FAILED ATTEMPTS, some guy calls me and lies about not hauling away built-ins. WOW. Compensation is measly. I ask my contractor if he could help and he sends over 3 guys (the biggest 5'7", 140lbs) and they take it away in 30 min.
