This appliance is a cook's dream. The control of the flame is precise, as including oven temperatures. It is beautifully designed and makes the kitchen look like it's worth to be in a magazine. The control panel is "smart" and designed to be easy to use. The bottom drawer is not a place to store pots and pans but, rather, a warming drawer. The stainless steel top is exceptionally easy to keep clean. Excellent design and manufacturing.

I still have not received my item this is a BIG!!!! Inconvenience my house have not passed inspection due to not having a range in the house. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!’

Will never buy from Best Buy again !!

It is expected to be delivered in Match 20th . The explanation is that is in back order but no one ever told me that that’s the case when I place the order maybe I would have picked a different line and not design my kitchen around Cafe line appliances . I have been without a stove since we moved to the new place currently using a hot place since my stove that I order and payed since dec is not being delivered yet!!

So, I decided to replace it with a Cafe range which is comparable. All the features are awesome. The probe, convection and timer seems to be the 3 features I have used often. I have not used the steam clean feature because I just wipe it down a few hours after use. I seem to finish cooking my meals in less time. My only complains are as follows: 1. top of the range is made out of tin so it scratches easily, 2. I have not used the cast iron skillet yet and some rusting is starting to appear on the bottom. 3. I was replacing a range so I had to purchase a filler kit to cover the gaps after it was installed. I would recommend that you purchase the filler kit with the range 4. challenge to keep clean and remove fingerprints
