We had actually bought another range for about 50% of the Price we paid for this range and when it was delivered, we realized that you get what you pay for. We went back to Best Buy and told them that we wanted a more durable stove that was better quality than the one we had just received. They said "No Problem". They showed us this Cafe' Range and said that it was a "Commercial Grade" range. Bottome Line, you get what you pay for. The cafe' range is more expensive . . but if you want Quality and Durability, you have to pay more.

I was not happy with the delay and now I have to hire someone to cut granite so the stove will fit in the space for the stove.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it after reading multiple reviews online (avg 4.5*), work with Bestbuy for the best deal (A), got it delivered and the fans made noise when you start any of the burners, Best buy exchanged that one with no questions asked. 2nd one arrived yesterday, no noise, smooth delivery and operation of the Stove. After removing all the packaging tape and glue, noticed a dent on the lower tray. contacted BB again, yet another replacement!? For the price of the Stove, I was expecting a better quality and the experience. more to follow....

Try to solve the problem through customer service the person supposed to show on Thursday decide he have something better to do and did not come. Right now have contacted GE for a full refund. This is not a stove but a jet engine, a stove is for cooking not for generating awful noise when cooking or baking. I will refurbish my old Kenmore elite stove.
