Excellent microwave. Easy to use. Love the platinum glass front. The control lights on the front come on when needed but otherwise are not lit up which makes for a very sleek look. Great purchase to match my other Cafe appliances. Great price from Best Buy!

Easy to use and looks good above the oven. I just need an upgrade so that it cleans itself and it;; be perfect.

This is a great looking Microwave and performs great. It has a large capacity and the touch screen goes off when not in use. A single touch or opening the door turns it back on when needed. This makes it quite esthetically pleasing. The touch panel does seem to be finicky at times and does not respond to touch at times. Using a different finger usually works to fix this, but it needs to be a bit more sensitive. Our old microwave had a knob that allowed for the decrease of time and that is the one feature I would suggest adding so it wouldn't be necessary to start over if the time entered was a bit off or you wanted to increse the time just a little bit.

This Cafe' microwave model looks great. The modern look of the "Platinum Glass" design is both functional and easy to clean. In the stand-by mode, the unit displays the time. Touch the silver glass and all the functions light up. The best surprise was the built in special cooking functions. The multiple level lighting is wonderful. Some reviews we read expressed disappointment with the exhaust fan. We have had no issues with the 5-different speeds built into the exhaust fan system.

Works good. Love the self clean function on microwave. Touch screen can touchy at times. But overall nice size for a microwave. Would recommend.

Keep a cloth handy for finger marks when cleaned looks very nice. i enjoy the low vent and light turn on when stove ignites, width of the door is large and hinges have play , vent loud but works.

The Cafe Microwave is a great addition to my Cafe appliances. It has wifi capabilities and can be connected to Alexa. In addition to the technical capabilities, it looks very sophisticated.

Sleek, modern microwave oven that works well. Does not have the convection feature as the one it replaces but then I rarely ever use that in the microwave.

I like the looks of the microwave I don’t like the fact that the control lights stay on long after you shut the door and that you have to open the door to get them on the sensor cooking does not work well on popcorn and burns it other than that I think it’s a nice decent microwave cooks the food well has a nice exhaust fan with features that allow you to turn it down or up, most disappointing thing like I said is that you cannot turn the control lights off they stay on a long time

Excellent microwave. It is an eye-catcher. Everyone makes compliments when visiting our house. Convenient to use. Operation is much quieter than our older GE microwave. Connected to WiFi just to have clock synchronized, but other than that we did not see any use of smart features. The front glass is a fingerprint magnet and see-through is very limited.

EVERYONE who enters my kitchen notices the microwave... it is a beautiful looking appliance and adds something special to the look of the kitchen. it works great too. One con is: because of the location of the handle you do leave fingerprints when opening the door

Love the look. Easy to use. Sometimes the panel will not illuminate immediately and requires additional taps to activate. One down side is the noisy fan. It is a much louder than expected. GE could easily fix this issue. This is not acceptable for a Cafe appliance. They should immediately remove the reference to top of line appliance for this kind of poor design inclusion. Also, there is a noticeable clicking whenever you turn the microwave on. This is also considered a major design flaw. The micro should start quietly.
