    So disappointed in the “smart” feature

    I bought this beautiful oven in the white and copper handles and I was super excited for it to be a smart oven, so when I am on my way home from work I can preheat the oven so it’s ready for dinner as soon as I walk in the door. However, you have to hit the “remote enable” button every single time you use it if you want the smart feature to work. So, if I click the remote enable button, and someone simply opens the oven door, it disables it again. So much for being smart. As far as the app working to control the oven, it does work well if you remember to push that button after every use. Also, as you can see in the pictures, my cabinets are an off-white, so the white color of the oven is a very true white, just FYI. It makes more of a difference with the refrigerator as there’s much more white exposed. It blends fine, but definitely a difference. I do love that each oven has its own timer, I love the probe, and the top rack of each oven slides on ball bearings and it works beautifully. The lower racks are just standard metal on metal, and they kind of screech and wobble out, but I don’t use them that much anyway. If you’re buying this oven just for looks, it is quite beautiful, just don’t buy it if you absolutely have to have the smart feature and might not always remember to turn it on every time you open the door.

    This unit is not only totally beautiful ( as far as double ovens go ) it bakes/roasts perfectly. I used the probe feature immediately and loved it. The timer tone is absolutely melodic! But the very best part ----- IT DOESN'T SHOW FINGERPRINTS!!!!! Color this woman one happy cook!

    Love love love this beautiful double oven. From the first I selected the Matt white finish because I didn’t want to deal with fingerprints. Even though the knobs and pulls are interchangeable, the ones that come with it are beautiful. Delta champagne bronze faucets are an excellent match. I read other reviews that said the oven took a long time to preheat. It preheats in less than five minutes! I am very pleased with my double oven it is as beautiful in function as it is appearance.

    So far this is a beautiful oven. I haven’t had it very long yet, but the features are outstanding. I love the flashing bar to let me know it is preheating. The ball bearing pull out rack glides so smoothly, & all the racks have a cut out for your hand to grip, such a great idea. I’m am storing one rack from each oven because 3 is too many for me. I’m hoping this is my “last” oven!

    One more time you have been very disappointed. We came to your store and bought those ovens. You charged us , we waited 4 weeks for the delivery . And the day of the delivery , people called us and tell us there is nothing in stock . I thought was a joke but apparently not . It’s not the first time we having this issue . Ridiculous . Now we have nothing for our kitchen and contractor waiting for us.
