When everyone was sent home to work I suffered through the first couple of weeks on a very uncomfortable vintage wooden office chair. Wow - that was uncomfortable. By comparison, this is a great chair. However, the seat cushion gets uncomfortable after about an hour. The lumbar support is about 2 inches too low. The spring load on the seat (even in the lightest setting) is so strong it's difficult to lean back. I'm a big guy - around 210 lbs - so anyone who is lighter might not be able to lean back at all. It is otherwise well made and was generally easy to assemble. The casters required a pretty good hammer strike to get them seated but I'm hoping that means they won't come out very easy.

A little uncomfortable because of little cushion. Also, arm rest hurts legs. Screw cover under the headrest keeps falling out.

Comfortable chair was easy to assemble. Not great on carpet but overall good quality

I'm not a big fan of this chair. It's can be noisy when you move around in it and the armrests are hard as rocks. I just settled with the chair because I got tired of trying to find the right one for my home office. I wish I never purchased it.

Comfortable but lots of white, which I should have noticed, and it is damaged upon delivery with the mesh being torn about 3/4 of an inch. It took 2 weeks to get here I’m not returning it.

Chair was comfy for a bit. Unfortunately because you can’t adjust the back cushion it didn’t give me proper support. The chair also popped once in a while when I would sit down or get up.

Probably one of my all time favorites. I did change the wheels to make it glide easier without damaging the floor

Great chair for my 6’0 ft tall husband who often falls asleep at his desk. SMH

This is over-priced and not worth the time it takes to put together. The wheels constantly fall off, the "lock" system to connect the wheels to the chair is poorly made and doesn't work well. The seat material is rough and unkind to bare skin. If you thought you'd wear some shorts in this chair, think again. The "ergonomic design" is barely there. They technically did it, but the support does not go out very far and the seat is quite deep. The headrest doesn't stay in place after you angle it, but it's so far back and uncomfortable I don't even use it. In other words, run! Get far away from this thing, I bought it on sale and I still think this was very overpriced. I regret this purchase so much!!!

bought the chair in may didnt really like how the arm rests hold the back and the seat together very not a very good design. the seat hold is super thin metal and if you screw it in slightly off the whole chair sit crooked. ands even when you set it up perfect the screw come loose after a few days of movement and let the chair bend. if your over 6 foot and anything over 200 pounds this chair isnt it. the chair probably made it about a little over a month before issues happend with it not sitting correctly any more the base of the seat completely bent and i used washers to compensate but was only a temporary fix

We fight over who gets to use my office chair, it is so comfortable. I work at computer most of day and it really saves my back.

The seat mess has completely flattened for me, I'm basically sitting on the plastic bottom and it hurts my tailbone. I work on the computer a lot and hoped it would be comfortable for a long work sitting which is was not.
