A: Headrest can be adjusted vertically about 2 inches.
Q: Can you take of the armrests for the seat
A: Nope! The arm rests are what keep the seat together. The top and bottom are only connected because of the arm pieces. Don't buy this chair.
Q: What material is the seat made of? Leather like, or cloth like?
A: It's rough and has holes in it...on purpose. I'm not sure of the name of this particular fabric, but it feels like a pique/polo fabric. Very uncomfortable when wearing shorts.
