    This cartridge is made for my printer. It fits perfectly in my printer. There are several cartridges of different colors and following the proper numbers guarantees that these will fit perfectly.

    I purchased an whole box of ink for my printer, but all of the cartridges in the printer were pretty full except for the magenta, so I purchased a single cartridge of that.

    I've bought generic ink before and have had bad luck. The OEM Cannon ink lasts awhile but also helps keep the printer going. My printer is going on 3 years, constant printing and going strong.
