Angry lost customer

The printer never worked, and you actually upsold me on a bogus malware service, and then when I returned the printer but couldn’t return the ink right away because of a medical emergency you would t take the full amount of the ink back but refused to accept the $20.00 cartridge of black ink because it had ‘been opened’. It was never opened—the small slash at the back of the cartridge was something done before I purchased it.

Misleading packaging

As it turns out the PB ink isn't compatible with my printer which isn't on the box cover shown. Didn't realize it til the box was opened, ink installed and had an extra cartridge. Buyer beware. I should have read all the details.

New Canon printer is a pain.

One is a large cap. black cartridge It took 3 tries to get it replaced. I have 3 small cartridges the printer won't use because it does not recognize them. I guess they have set up a system that prevents me from buying ink anywhere except Canon. I am really disgusted having to play by their game without getting to see the rules.

Best Buy's contribution to wastefulness
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered ink from Best Buy because frankly given that Amazon does not vet their sellers, I was worried that I would get knock off look alike product that was inferior. However, I didn't expect it to take so long to get it. That was the first disappointment. The next and more concerning is the environmental waste Best Buy creates by sending me unsolicited photo paper. If they didn't send this it would be a savings for our earth in many ways. Please consider doing better reducing waste by not sending customers products they don't ask for.
