    Superb print quality, but the unit has crashed repeatedly, necessitating calls to Canon customer service to get the unit running again. Customer service people are very good, but I hate having to call them once a month.

    We Bought This Printer On Sale From Best Buy because is was a cannon and appeared to be a good deal. Not real happy with it though i mean its really complicated always having to register the tray paper every time you pull it out and choose the time of paper sometimes they dont even have the type listed. It also tends to print pages at a slant as well. Even Worse this is suppose to be a business printer but wont work well with carbon paper for things like printing W2. Again this is an ok Printer but way more complicated than it needs to be for a home office printer
