As much as I love and am a loyal customer of canon products, this beautiful piece of equipment does give me a few headaches every once in a while. I traded up from the 900 series for it’s fast and efficient output. Like the last model I had though, it had stubborn connectivity issues at times through LAN and wireless. My iPhone has trouble detecting it sometimes and won’t pick it up over the air. I choose to send my docs to drop box or google docs. So I don’t have to deal with this issue constantly. It prints pristinely and is pretty quiet compared to other models.

Printer is great! It has 2 sided print which I love. It is very quiet and prints fast. Love wireless. I hated all the wires from the old systems I had. It was very easy to set up and works great with my Iphone 7. Love it. Only thing I am some concerned with is the fact that is has 6 cartridges which I think will be expensive to replace. But I don't print a whole lot , so for me that is no big deal if the printer is good quality.

I like the size and the fact that it is flat on top. The wireless connects very easily to all our computers. The print quality is also great. I can also get it to print on textured cardstock for my crafting by putting one sheet in the bottom tray.

We have only had our Canon TS9020 PIXMA for two months but, I would recommend this printer over any other that we have ever had because of the beautiful pictures it prints and also the small amount of ink it uses. This being said it is plastic and seems delicate and flimsy.. However, it was very easy to set up and the results so far are amazing! Also, if you have any problems, Canon customer support are easy to reach and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you.

This printer is very sleek and attractive to have at my computer work area. I have used Canon photo quality color printers for years and this lower profile printer is so much better. As far as print quality, Canon has never failed in that respect and this printer carries on that advantage.

Took about 5 minutes to set up and started printing photos with ease. Nice and compact but paper tray sticks out with regular sized paper.

Good for printing flyers, has clean colors and fast from any device or my cloud.

I had to replace my Pixma ip6600d after over 10 years, because Canon will not support the newest version of Windows 10. I print about 20 family photos per month. Using Photoshop Elements, the Pixma TS9020 prints better pictures than my previous printer. Many compliments from family and friends. The ink cartridges that came with it are over 1/2 full and I purchased XL refills, so I expect even longer life.

Easy set up. Can print from my phone or sd. Pictures are quite nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Great quality for the money, I found a part of the manual that was lacking a few steps and contacted Canon I worked with them and the manual was updated. I have high praise for the support staff. The problem was when printing DVD's and the manual was not clear how to select the correct driver.

I have been using the Canon Pixma line since 2011. I have not had any problems until recently when my MX340, also bought at Best Buy, simply would not respond to commands. Realizing it was time to upgrade, I naturally went back to Pixma to see if I would be able to find another amazing all-in-one. The bonus for me was the timing being after before the holidays, thus allowing me to purchase this printer at an unbelievable discount price. Setup was fast and easy. All the features I am used to are still available plus new features to make life easier...such as scanning and saving to my PC simply from the home screen on the printer. Love having a touch screen now!! I do have one complaint...I am now unable to scan a stack of documents which makes some tasks time consuming. All in all, I would definitely recommend this printer to any individual.

Very easy to set up! I love having a WiFi enabled printer, and it prints very nicely. A little noisy and the drawer stopped going in automatically after about 2 weeks, but I dont Print a whole lot so it perfect.

Works well for printing. Makes a lot of noise warming up and shutting down though. M Tray seems to be picky and a lot of set up for certain kind of prints. The included software of course is only for Windows and I had to go online to download the Mac software which should have been included in my opinion. The included sample pack for pictures was nice, was able to print out a nice image for the mother in law for Christmas.

I'm going to start off by saying that if you're buying a Canon or Sony product, you're going to be SORELY disappointed! A GREAT printer!! Pictures are outstandingly reproduced! And FAST! Easy to load---easy to replace ink cartridges--easy to set up--easy to use! The weight of this unit gives you the piece of mind and confidence superb results each time. Build quality is top-notched! Seriously thinking about getting another one. LOLOL

I'm an avid photographer with numerous cameras (DSLR as well as Mirrorless) and purchasing a printer that can handle photographs at a professional reproduction level as well as for general purpose use is very important to me. My review is going to reflect the features that primarily are interesting for photography enthusiasts as all the "all in one" features cover the needs for most home/small office needs. 1st - this is a high resolution six ink printer. Besides the normal CMYK, there is also a special dedicated pigment black and a gray ink. The resolution of the printer is dependant on the paper type, but the total number of nozzles on the print head for all the ink wells is 6,656. Wow! Printing photo's are very fast. For a typical 4x6 photo that is borderless this is approximately 21 seconds. Setup as a portrait booth for seasonal photo's? Your customers won't have to wait. I've used other photo printers and I'm still, even after owning this printer for a while now, amazed at the clarity, vibrancy and accuracy of the color reproductions on the photo papers. When working with photo's there are numerous methods to get from the camera to the printer. The printer is wireless and supports PictBridge for camera's that support that wireless printing, SD memory cards as well as NFC for cameras that have that feature set. Besides the amazing detail, longevity of professional prints are very important. Who's going to want to pay a premium for an 8x10 print that might fade soon? If using the Chromalife100 ink and appropriate photo paper, there is a 100 year album life, 30 years light fastness rating for the photos! Granted, one might need larger prints for some projects, but for quality long life prints of 8x10 or smaller, this printer is a photographers best of breed printer.

Overall great printer. Prints fairly quick for inkjet Flatbed scanner comes in handy and saves $$ since you won’t need to get a separate scanner. Easy printing from phones and tablets Ink is reasonable Cons: Low paper capacity Like only 50 sheets

Easy to set up once I figured out the paper tray setup, which is rather different from previous Canon models. It still has two paper feeds with the rear one excellent for thicker or stock paper. Both the front paper tray and back feeder hold a lot less paper than previous models - likely how they reduced the footprint. But it works well, fast and is noticeably quieter than my MG5320. It has one additional ink cartridge (grey) so I'll see how that changes color resolution over time - but it seems the print and image quality is superior (as I've experienced with previous Canon printers). Note: It will power off after a designated time with the energy saver mode, requiring manual power on to use it - but you can (and I recommend) setting it to power on when it receives data (this is not the default). So far, so good.

I needed a small black and white printer, and nothing more. When I looked at the stock in Best Buy, I realized that, for just a little more, I could get what appeared to be a good color printer, something I didn't believe could be purchased for less than $700.00. The salesman convinced me to look at the Pixma TS 9020. I took the thought home, looked up reviews in different locations and decided to try it. The cost of color ink is compatible with all other printers per print. The quality of the prints up to 8 X 10 is amazing. I really didn't think it possible. Set was fairly simple (and I am not a computer person). It covers all my needs up to the size advertised. I will be using it for a lot more than I had originally anticipated.

The printer was super easy to setup and load. Be sure to pull the paper tray out slowly until u get the hang of it. Then its pretty smooth sailing. Particularly nice as a copier. Drugstore quality photo printing.
