Broken Lense

My first couple pictures were terrible. Come to find out after i called canon for support that it's broken and won't lineup properly. Cone on Best Buy pack an expensive canon lense with bubble wrap. It had nothing in the box and with shipping, the lense box inside shipping box moved all around. Not happy

BEST BUY'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

With in 3 weeks the lens stopped working due to a communication issue. Since the lens was out of the 15 day window they refused to replace the lens for a new one and forced me to send it to Canon for repair. I purchased this lens for a wedding this weekend and I won't event be able to use it because it is being serviced. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
