It seems great around Water. I love to have it on when it is raining or I'm around any kind of water. My apple watch is not as water resistant as the series 2 apple watch so it's nice to have this case just in case. Lol. It's not that attractive but it's cool.

Needed full protection and this case did the job. Only thing I would have really liked for the price was having a screen protector too.... On the picture below I also have a Griffen screen protector installed

Beefs up the watch look on your wrist so it doesn't make it look so dainty.waterproof in the shower and immersed in pool! Awesome product.

Excellent case for your apple watch, makes it feel rugged, tougher. ITS WATERPROOF!! It takes a beating. Really comfortable.

It does what it was supposed to do. However, I have noticed that the band doesn't breathe very well and I have got a bit of a irritation on my wrist. So I would recommend taking a break from wearing it 24/7

The case worked as advertised, but cracked after about a month and was rendered useless!

I can finally take a shower or hop in my hot tub with my Apple Watch on my wrist thanks to this awesome catalyst band. Made very well and durable I use it every day now.

Bought this to protect my Apple Watch. Only lasted a few weeks. Banged my watch against something hard and it practically shattered! Big hunk of junk! Do not buy!

Catalyst has been making waterproof cases since 2011 or so. I have been using a catalyst case on my iPhone 5s and now I have an iPhone 6s with a catalyst case as well. The design of the Apple Watch case is really simple, and doesn't add any bulk. Catalyst provides waterproof cases, drop proof, sandproof, and snowproof for people to live freely. So you can go on adventures and have your iOS devices right by your side, taking pictures and pushing further. Catalyst provides the most minimal design waterproof cases for iPhones, iPads and the Apple Watch 42mm. Everything works perfectly from people hearing me and I can hear them just fine as well. You can never go wrong with catalyst. Also you can charge your Apple Watch while it's in the case, you can also have your heart rate to be read just as always as well. Everything works perfectly with the catalyst case and all of the Apple Watch functions function as normal. Also, if you're thinking about getting an iPhone case from catalyst, don't hesitate to do so. I have used my iPhone all the time in the ocean and took pictures underwater. Also my iPhone fell a bunch of times on concrete and iPhone and case are in perfect condition. So what are you waiting for? It's time for you to get a catalyst case, and if you're rocking a catalyst case you'll be be just fine and ready for every adventure. Also catalyst has the highest rating of waterproofness and all their cases don't add any bulk at all and they have amazing customer service as well. Definitely the best one on the market in terms of water proof and super sturdy case. However it has one flaw thats totally fixable. I have tested this case out several times and wear it all the time. As a triathlete it was important to me to be able to wear it in the water with no worry that it would get ruined. As a handy man, I tend to need very sturdy cases for phones and watches because i beat them up alot. THis case handles everything, but I look forward to when catalyst upgrades the product to having a sturdy watch band. The silicone band is very flexible and feels great, the problem is it is not rigid enough at the base wear the band attaches to the watch. In just one month or less the band fell off my wrist randomly and when i took it to a actual watch store to speak to experts they told me how I need a more rigid base to the band. The flaw is fixable with ordering a different silicone band that has a more sturdy base. However I suggest to Catalyst they hire a company that knows more about the band itself and upgrade to a more rigid base. In summary I would still recommend this band however because of the flaw that would allow my super expensive watch to fall off my wrist randomly if i did not replace the band, it only gets a generous 4 out of 5. Otherwise I would give a sold confident 5!

The Apple Watch is already waterproof to a minimum distance despite what Apple will tell you. I've tested it. It's legit. However, when you are boating, skiing, wake boarding, etc., I would never presume to think it would hold up. In comes the Catalyst! It holds up better than the Lunatik case I've had before. Excellent protection, screen works perfect, dials are smooth enough. I did have an issue with the bezel when it gets wet or grimy, but a good rinsing and drying and it's fine. I was worried it would be rather awkward on my wrist, but it actually is sized about right

My husband loves this band because it is good protection for his watch. It replaced one that lasted almost two years. It's a little pricey though.

This is a good option to add protection without too much bulk for Watch Series 1. Combined with a screen protector, makes me feel a lot safer at work (Army) and working out. Installing is straightforward and quick; make sure to keep the included screwdriver handy if you've got several bands and like to swap them out frequently. Haven't tested the waterproofing other than a running workout in a light rain (no issues) and basic dishwashing/hand washing (again, no issues). Heart rate sensor seems to work fine through the rubber and the button and crown work as usual. Couple minor complaints: a) the screw that keeps it all together seems a little cheap; I want to tighten it down to ensure I'm protected, but it slips and feels like it'll strip out pretty easily, b) the box claimed that there would be a replacement screw in the package but none was provided. Hope to not have to deal with tracking one down, c) the rubber inside layer is tough to position correctly. Took a few tries to snap the hard case around it evenly; be sure to check again after tightening the screw because it can squeeze the rubber layer under the hard case in some areas; I presume this would lessen the waterproofing if there's any gaps

I wanted a way to waterproof my series 1 Apple Watch and not have to purchase a new 2nd series. This solved my problem. Truly waterproof and adds protection to keep from scuffing my watch in everyday wear. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a waterproof case for their series 1 watch. I use it swimming and in hard rains and its light, very comfortable and does not slip around on my wrist.

Extremely durable, you can now be worry free from physical damage of any kind to your watch. Doesn't add a lot of bulk, feels and looks (at least I think so) good on the wrist, and touch/push/crown functionality is surprisingly sharp. This material does get a little dirtier than others, but since your Series 1 Watch is now waterproof, you can clean it when you bathe.

Great case. I haven’t submerged it under water although it says it waterproof. I bought it because I work with water daily. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because the round button up top gets hit a lot if you bend your hand up. (I wear watches on my left hand) that button activates Siri. I do not like using Siri.

I love this case!! i feel it protects the watch very well and i like its simple look. the only negative thing i have to say is that during calls it does affect the volume. I sometimes find myself holding the watch near my ear to hear the call. Otherwise a very good case i would definitely recommend it.

This case is pretty good overall. Adds significant protection for the watch. I haven't tested the waterproof feature. my personal opinion, I'm not even going to attempt to take a $400 piece of tech underwater, whether its waterproof or not. It is piece of mind with this case though in the event that sweat gets on it. Don't have to worry about it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the actual band its self. The material its made of makes any kind of dirt and dust cling to it super easily. constantly having to clean it off. Other than that though its a great case, and its worth the hassle knowing that my watch has this extra layer of protection

After reading countless reviews on which Apple watch case to get I chose this one. I actually found one on sale as a open box product and couldn't pass up the awesome price it was marked down to. I was very eager to try it out under water but I am choosing not to test it out unless I absolutely have to. Makes me feel pretty safe about any accidental water damage. Only one small negative is that it takes a little bit to get the watch in and out of the case. And adds a bit of bulk to the watch. I don't always wear the watch in this case but if I'm ever going somewhere I think I'll be exposing my watch to water I throw it in the catalyst case

I bought this for my series 0 Apple watch. There are other ones like it available for higher cost that just aren't as good. If you work outdoors or in a place your watch could sustain damage, this will protect it. What makes it stand out from the competitors is that the band is soft enough to be comfortable. The other ones are just too stiff. Installation is super easy with Just one screw.
