God this game was hard... I can't say which parts either otherwise I may spoil the game... my hand still hurts from holding z,x,c. Story was really good though! Celeste's character development is actually really great and they do provide a great perspective on mental health and how to battle your inner demons. As a pianist myself, the piano soundtrack was really good although for the most part it was background music. The music atmosphere definitely creates a form of suspense especially when you draw to the end of every chapter. I don't even consider myself a hardcore gamer and in the whole game there were probably 2 or 3 places where I was like "yeah I"m not gonna beat this" but managed ok after maybe 50-100 tries, who knows. LOVE indie games in general and although this one doesn't paint as nice of a memory as Bastion from Supergiant Games, it's definitely up there... definitely more enjoyable than void first-person shooting AAA games.

Celeste on Nintendo Switch is an absolute must-play. It delivers tight, responsive platforming that feels incredibly rewarding while also telling a meaningful and emotional story. Every level is carefully designed to challenge you without ever feeling unfair, and the sense of accomplishment after clearing a tough section is unmatched.
The pixel art style is gorgeous, the music is unforgettable, and the controls feel perfect on the Switch whether you’re playing docked or handheld. What really sets Celeste apart is how it balances difficulty with accessibility, offering assist options so players of all skill levels can enjoy the experience.
This is more than just a platformer—it’s a game with heart, depth, and polish from start to finish. Easily one of the best indie games available on the Nintendo Switch.

This game goes for $90 to $120 on websites due to scalpers. I can care less if its limited run or whatever, its a legit game sporting a reasonable price.Game is fun, plays like super meat boy but with a better story & music. Challenging indeed but fun.Enjoy!

Celeste is a hard game that is good at making you really adept at the game. The story is really really inspiring too and this is one of my all time favorite games.

Thankfully this got rereleased to combat the scalping. It’s a challenging platformer, be warned. Controllers/joy cons’ spike risk go up 400% if you’re the type to rage at games. Totally haven’t done that myself.

What an amazing experience. I don’t think I’ve played a game quite like this before. It’s like if super meat boy had a deep soul and engaging and relatable plot.
