This phone is great for the hearing impaired. Phone has loud ringer and large numbers for those that can't see small numbers.

Best phone for older folks with hearing problems.

We purchased this phone for our mom, who is in her mid 80's, to help her have easy access to all of the phone numbers she needs and also to help with her hearing. She always complained about not being able to hear clearly on wireless phones and how she has problems understanding and remembering which buttons were programmed for who. We gave her a few quick lessons on the "rollodex" feature of names we entered and how easy it was to make calls. She absolutely loves this phone and especially loves the large pictured buttons. I am so glad someone developed this phone for people like her.

I am very dissatisfied with this phone. It was expensive to begin with and I expected it to last for many years. It worked great when it did work. Now there are multiple things wrong with it...making a noise, display light not working, etc...its fried. Can't get my money back. I will not buy this brand again!
