The best for the roads

Can not seem to sync with phone

The day it was installed I went back and we thought we had everything in sync but it doesn't seem to be working. I can't seen any footage. If there is a change I will update my rating.

Recommend that you have Best Buy install it for best operation, and get the larger SD card to hold more videos. Only issue is getting the phone app to work correctly.

Cobra dash cam

Returned product sold without refurbishing

When I purchased the package was tampered, i thought it was the pickup that damaged it. But after installation at Mooresville store, when I checked the gallery, it had video of 2023. It showed the same installer in a vide from a date from 1 year ago, So I guess Bestbuy sold me an used product for the price of a new one. Not sure what is happening here. If we find that bestbuy is selling returned product without proper notification then I will take severe action. The reason for this review is, the product is not recording both ends. It is only recording rear view. Every time i have to format the SD card and once it will record the front view and later only rear end. When I met with a traffic incident this camera did not have the front recording. This is cheating. Looks like either bestbuy sold a returned product or the product as such has a very bad software. Not recommended.

We sincerely apologize if your experience has fallen short of that expectation. The SC 250R was not released until 2024. If you’re seeing dated footage from 2023, that is certainly unusual. It is possible that a different SD card was tested for installation purposes and it may be helpful to check with your installer. If the camera is not recording front-facing videos, it could be due to SD card compatibility or firmware related. Please check your camera for qualifying firmware updates.
