This range was barely delivered let alone installed. They did not bring the proper electrical cord or the gas hook up kit to install and until they were told they did not even put the gas rings on There is apparently a right and wrong way to do this and they put them on wrong A Viking repair guy showed us the correct way so they will work evenly and properly. The range is also to be 3/4 of an inch above the counter height. This was not done. They probably don't know that either. They were untrained and in my opinion lazy workers. They could not get out fast enough.

The guys were extremely courteous and professional. They took their time to make sure my new range was installed properly. I wish they could install every new appliance for us. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with Best Buy installers. Different people with each uninstall-install (three in all), and all were very nice, professional, knowledgeable. Perfect each time with a quick take out of the one and install of the new.

The Best Buy install team was top notch, arriving on time, very professional in approach, quick to unpack and bring into house and install. They hauled off the old oven. Super quick and would do it again. The oven they installed was very heavy, over 350 pounds, so it was beyond a DIY job.

I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed with our Best Buy experiences. In addition to having appliances that we purchased ‘disappear’ and not be available once we were ready for delivery, we have had multiple occasions where installations were to be done and we have been “no showed”. This is especially frustrating since my husband had to stay home from work to be available for these scheduled installations. Our most recent experience “no showed” us and then once they rescheduled and showed up said they didn’t usually do this (these were the same guys that had originally installed the range). We still had a gas leak and had to call the gas company to fix it the next day.

We’ve had awful experiences with Best Buy for several months now. Items that were promised and then delayed for months. TERRIBLE communication when trying to remedy each problem with the SEVERAL large appliances we ordered. We had a good experience with the contracted installation team that had nothing to do with Best Buy but every experience we’ve had with Best Buy and their very expensive products we purchased has been atrocious. We will never buy appliances from Best Buy again.
