Great remote start system! Especially the 2 way feature that lets you know your car has remote started or stopped. Best part is that you can use your factory remote to remote start as well! I bought this for a 2014 Mazda 6 ! Works great. Definitely recommended!

This works great in my 2005 Honda Civic. The only thing else I need to do is buy an add on alarm system. The distance for this remote is so far. Great purchase and got it on sale too which was even better.

I got this when it was featured as a deal of the day for a great price, installation included. Best Buy did a great job of installing it and taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about it. It works wonderfully and I have a happy husband!

I've had the remote start for about a month now as I was trying to give it a chance to grow on me. All in all I'm not very happy with the setup. it does turn my truck on everytime so that part of it is spot on. The unlock function is real spotty, it'll open the door but the need to press the button twice for the rest of the doors hardly ever works, there is some setting related to pressing the unlock button multiple times and it just throws the remote for a loop and doesnt unlock the doors. Frustrating to say the least. The installer was very polite and personable. Unfortunately, he was not able to setup my oem FOB to work, which Compustar claims as an easy thing to do on the app. He also talked me out of the security option as this was like security but that is not correct, I've missed the sale and opportunity to have it installed too. I think he likely just didnt want to do the work or didnt know how. Along with this, the installation is a super mess of wires under my dash, it's not tied down and the tie straps used on wires weren't even trimmed. I happened to find this wiring mess because while he was installing it he messed with the wiring to my aftermarket gauges and burnt out my wide band. I didn't bother calling and complaining since I should have just removed it to avoid this possibility. I actually could have installed this myself but I figured id take advantage of the free install, but it ended up costing me 150 for the new sensor anyway. Also, the installation was not properly wired up to my flashers or the Toyota "beep" so I have no way of knowing if the doors locked or unlocked, or if my truck is receiving the signal if I dont have the 2 way remote. I think if he could have made the OEM FOB work, all of this could have been avoided, but he told me he couldnt do it. Either because he didn't know how, or didn't feel like trying. All in all, pretty disappointed. If I could go back, i'd definately go a different route. 2 stars because the actual starting function does work properly.

Great range, works well, except for when it doesnt. Sometimes the car will shut off when the brake is pressed even though the key is detected inside the car.

Excellent. Works well. Two way remote lets you know car has started with lights and beeps, same with locking and unlocking doors. Service with installation was also excellent explaining everything about the system. Highly recommend.

Theres nothing bad I could say about it. I love it it works smooth and perfectly with my chevy Malibu 2011. I got it on sale so it was great. It came with all the harness and things required including the installation

Love this. Didn't realize how much I would enjoy having remote start. It works from a good distance even when I'm inside a store.

Got this remote start on sale around Black Friday last year and I have no complaints. It’s gets used almost everyday and I have never had any issues. Looking to buy another one when it’s on sale again!

It is a good starter. The only qualm I have is that, even though you can start it with the original key fob as well, you still have to have the original car key fob in the car for the car to able to go.

Easy inexpensive MOD for anycar without remote start . In hot temperatures it is great to get cabin cooled down before entering

A little trouble inside of a steel building with getting it to start but thats fine, i’m pushing the limits of the remote. Great for warming the car and cooling it. My wife and i love it.

I am completely happy with this purchase. I had it installed by the geek squad, it came w/ 2 remotes and the installer was able to program my Toyota key fob also!
