First off, know that this chair is very small and very low. It is cute, sort of something you would see in a doctors office. My two young children love it because it fits them well!
The material on the site says Leather, however it doesn't look or feel like leather, is seems like fake leather.
Over-all, nice little chair, it is a must to get a stool with it to make it more comfortable, as really, the back of it is too flat. Also a must is a little pillow, to make the back of it more comfortable.
I had some friends over and they were surprised how small it was, however everyone said it was comfortable.
Over-all, recommended, but I would never pay more than the $200 I paid.
