I was kinda sad when I saw the ubs stick. But holly cow it was better. Sounds great, last a long time and feels/looks amazing.

Good build quality. Excellent sound but not what a true audiophile would choose. Perfect for gaming with quality surround sound. The mic is great until it gets repetitively abused by bending in unintentional ways by grandchildren. Not that it's super fragile but it does tend to be left extended and the headset gets placed face down or in some mic contorting position by aforementioned grandchildren and viola! Mic will eventually bug out on you. In the hands of an adult, you won't find issue with it.

Great sound and conformable for extended use with the floating headstrap. I personally tried the virtuosos and exchanged them for these. Microphone I'm told sounds great. Decent battery life or just run them plugged in. Overall a good replacement for my aging gen 1 astro a50s

Sound quality is really good. Fit and comfort are also top notch. Battery life is pretty good as well. Reslly like that dolby atmos comes free for life with the headset for as long as you have them. Like that they also have replacement earcups and headband.

Its a great headset all in all. Theres a few pros and cons for the headset.
Pros: It looks amazing, the build quality is there, the mic is easy to mute with a flick up, the sound quality is great and the cushions are soft for long gaming.
Cons: Even though it has Type C charging you cant use other type C wires because the design of the type C is slim and doesnt work with majority of the others. The battery life is arguable, I usually have about 14 hours of life before itll beep and tell me to charge and the charging takes awhile.
All in all its still a great headset if youre looking to buy
I would recommend the HS80 MAX if youre looking for more battery life but make sure its compatible with your console

This would be an easy 5/5 from a sound performance standpoint. I switched to this from an older HyperX headset (which I still love as well!). The difference with this set was huge though. Been playing some COD and Apex and I'm hearing enemy movement better than ever thanks to these.
My only slight dings are:
-The wireless range isn't as good as my old headset. Still ok, and it's fine when I'm at my desk but walking around with it on might give you some issues.
-Not a fan of the Corsair software, never have been. Bloated and not very intuative.
-I have a bigger size head and the band is comfortable enough in short sessions but I prefer my HyperX for longer sessions from strictly a comfort standpoint.
All in all a great headset, really glad I picked this up!

These headphones sound really good, and functions really well. I do enjoy the Dolby atmos surround sound, and feel works very well. I do think that when Dolby is enabled, and a audio that is not Dolby encoding is not available its sounds a bit muffled. If you disable the surround sound the audio improves, but it would be nice if a auto switch could be applied depending on the encoding. The microphone sounds good, but it would be nice if i could adjust the mic closer to my mouth to keep from having to speak so loud. The battery life seems to work really well, and the option for wired or wireless takes care of any concerns for the battery dropping out, and not having headphones. Overall I really like the headphones and would recommend them.

very comfortable, easy to connect, battery life is good; could be better, can still use them while they are charging, was able to mess with the light settings which was a cool extra feature. padding is thick and fits my head amazing.

I think it's really a 4.5 star product. The sound is great, the fitment is awesome woth the floating headband. The ear cups are breathable, but i wish it was slightly more so. The only issue is the RGB DOES NOT work with the included iCUE software, but the MSI software i have worked so i lucked out.
The battery life doesn't seem as long as i think it should be, but i haven't actually timed it. I also might need to try a higher amp charging block to fully charge it.

Great headset very comfortable and the mic is decent also the weight for heavy gaming is also good only thing is EQ in the app are okay in my opinion also not having a game/chat control is a downfall as well.

This is a good wireless headset with a lot of sound quality and decent customization, but its got too many issues that aren't worth the price.
Lighting is useless, since it's only one tiny square and should have just been a default "sticker" of some kind instead of an RGB icon, because despite how small an area it is, that small square kills the already small battery.
Range is abysmal, as you you can go maybe 3-5 steps away from your desk before it starts cutting out. (I'm in a small room and I can't reach the bathroom just 1 room over, maybe 8 feet away from the pc it's plugged into)
Comfort-wise it's great, but terrible for glasses. The earcups are super comfy and the whole headset is well padded and good for long hours of gameplay. The band at top is awkward for "adjusting" to your head, and will take a few tries to feel right, but it does the job well. I personally prefer the Void Pro's style of headset adjustment better as it's quicker, but the band here is much comfier than the thin patch of padding the Void Pro has.
The microphone is kind of hit or miss, as it has connection difficulties when trying to connect to Discord or Google Meet stating it's been muted (even though it isn't) or showing that you are unmuted but the red microphone light is still on. *You would have to go into the iCue software and manually unmute it, and you need to have the new 4.0 version of the software for it to even be recognized. Sound quality on the mic is all-right, but not really worth the price you're paying.
The charging cable is a USB-C, but it has to be a specific USB-C. Your average cable has a noticeable bulge right before the connection point, (where the metal bit starts) and because this headset needs a "slim" USB-C you can only use specific cables. (My Pixel 4 USB-C cable is too bulky for this, as are all of my other USB-C cables)
Overall it's not a bad headset if you want to sit at your desk and not worry about cables, though with how short the battery life is it doesn't really feel worth it. You can honestly go with a wired headset and it won't make much of a difference. With how small the battery is you're bound to be tethered to your desk within a few hours anyway.
Personally I feel you can do just as good, if not better with a wired headset. If you're looking for a good wireless headset I would recommend trying the HyperX Cloud II (2). Same price, but it's got a MUCH better range and battery.
Sorry to hear that you're getting poor battery and range. Could you try relocating the wireless dongle, such as from the rear of your system to the front USB ports? And could you try cycling the battery to see if battery life improves? Allow is to fully deplete, then fully charge overnight. The Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless Gaming Headset is a fantastic choice for PS5 gamers. The audio quality is top-notch, immersing you fully into the game world. The wireless freedom is a huge plus, allowing for unrestricted gameplay. However, I did encounter an issue with the cushion around the speaker. The glue holding it in place started to wear off, which is a bit disappointing considering the headset’s overall quality.

Great headset for the price. Great quality sound wired and wireless. The rgb lights really make a nice final touch on the elegant design of the headset. The ear foams are really comfortable. Battery lasts a full day on full charge. Mic quality is really great as well. 5/5

audio quality is insanely good for gaming, but isn’t the best for music imo and it’s pretty heavy on the head. i get a lot of compliments on the mic quality and it is very clear
