A great headset.....but optimized for PC

I bought this mainly for that only to find out you need a program on your pc to use it, it does not work for ps5. That being said its a great headset but I wish the features touted were for all platforms, its a bit deceiving.

However after many youtube videos i finally found a solution to the problem. Uninstalling it. Dont get me wrong, im sure that there is nothing wrong with the software but i found it easier to just delete it and save myself the headache. The headset is amazing especially for gaming. Its comfortable and loud.

Great headset for wireless freedom

The battery doesn't last more then 4-5 hours and the headset has a 5 min shut off time if there is no audio. I wish it had a mute button and not just push the mic up to mute but other than that they are comfortable and easy to use and have great audio for games and discord calls. Listening to music I would recommend another headset.

Thank you for your feedback. You may adjust the HS80's RGB lighting to help prolong battery life. For listening to music with the HS80, I suggest making sure that Dolby Atmos for Headphones is enabled via Windows' sound settings. You'll then be able to adjust the EQ settings via Dolby Access - there's also a Music preset! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out: support.corsair.com
