From the second I held the box I could feel the quality of it. The packaging was nice and the quality of the headphones themselves are great. I bounce back and forth between using Dolby audio and the Corsair system to play. These headphones definitely give me an advantage playing FPS. Great headphones!

Missing a bit of bass in the low end but the mic is great and the sound is okay. Tbh it’s a pretty mid headset for the price point, but good nonetheless as it will be the job done

Pros:
-Well built design
-Ear cups are comfortable if you have large ears
-Mic works great and the mute option is great
- the adjustable strap helps with comfort
-Decent sound quality
Cons:
-Battery life is not great... At all.
-Icue software... still a pain in the rear to work with
-Firmware updates take a special kind of patience to actually get it to push through.
- RGB does not sync with the rest of your equipment
- They are heavy, which the weight can eventually give you a headache on your skull for long periods of time.
HS80 RGB - Were not my cup of tea. I miss the Corsair Vengeance 2000. One of the best headsets I ever owned.
I have had Steel Series Artic 7's since the day they came out. Thankfully i was in return / exchange period and some Artic 7's came instock to switch out.
Thank you for your feedback. When updating firmware of our peripherals, we suggest connecting it to a direct USB port on your system (front/rear I/O), rather than via a USB hub or dock. You may synchronize lighting across iCUE devices via the Scenes feature, or the Lighting Link lighting profiles. If you have any questions regarding any of our products in the future, we'd be more than happy to help: support.corsair.com

I've tried a fair number of wireless headsets, and the Corsair HS80 offers the best mix of features for gaming (wireless connectivity, USB-C connection/charging, Dolby Atmos, flip-to-mute microphone, RGB through Corsair iCue), combined with a lightweight set of headphones that you comfortably wear for hours, without any obnoxious styling that would be embarrassing if you had to wear them on a video call for work.

The headset is great for gaming has great audio noise reduction. Deff recommend. Only downside is I have industrial bar earrings and when I wear them for more than 2 hours straight my ears are super sore. Wish the pads were bigger but for the quality your getting can’t have everything I’ll just deal with it because the quality and price is that good.

Had this headset for about a year now and it has been rock solid. Sound quality is great. My old headset I got a lot of complaints about the clarity of my voice but this one I have had no issues. Never had connection issues and it's very simple plug and play with the USB adapter. I would say it's worth the price.

Great headset overall, did a little tweaking to the Icue software but it sounds great! I previously used that hyper cloud ii wireless but returned due to the white noise. Mic quality is phenomenal, by far the best out of all wireless headsets. Fits tight but I’m sure it will loosen up over time

Sound quality is very good, volume adjustment has a wide range. Head comfort is excellent, form fits to the top of the head and ears completely cover providing great sound blocking. Would highly recommended to any serious gamers

The headset works great but is only good if you want Dolby Atmos on a PC. I did not like the headset for comfort but the sound quality due to the same clamping force on your head was superb. I still prefer the ASTRO A50 which is definitely more expensive. However, they both compete on everything except the sound quality and so these are a budget option.

For the price and since its advertised as for ps5 aswell as pc id love that all the features on pc would be available for ps5. No mic monitoring and eq preset that i made on the pc. And for 150$ it should be more versatile. BUT barebones for its purpose, sound quality wise its good. I have a bigger head and it could be bigger for people like me.

Sound quality, fit and finish are great. Mic (specifically Corsair's ICUE) doesnt like to work with Discord. If you close ICUE and just use Windows Spacial Audio to drive the headphones (ATMOS still works), it seems to work fine at least. Best Buy Service was great.
