Combined with the Corsair iCUE software for use of and equalizer and further fine tuning, it takes this headset to a new level. I recommend this headset compared to other options available within the same price range.

My only complaint is that it keeps on turning off after 5 minutes. Also microphone pick up is poor and the patients sometimes can’t hear me. The Mac’s mic has a better voice pickup. Sound quality is good but you may want to skip the mic feature.

Sorry to hear, you can adjust the sleep timer in iCUE so that it can stay on longer. Also, have you adjusted the microphone so that it's flexing closer to your mouth? If you'd like assistance, please reach out to our support team so we can work with you directly: support.corsair.com
