My first impressions out of the box did not disappoint! It easily worked when I plugged in the dongle for wireless capability but it does work like a USB headset.

Downside is windows 10 likes to put it in windows sonic instead of Dolby which makes them sound horrible and the battery life yeah no it’s not as advertised. I don’t use the rgb lighting and I keep the volume rather low 25% so unsure why the battery life drains so quickly maybe 6-8 hours max. And barely 2 months of having it and already have to warranty it because the cloth on the foam came off as well as the foam. That was poor craftsmanship on corsairs part. Not sure if I’ll stick with these or not.

Sorry to hear about the battery life, it can depend on the setup of lighting and it's wireless signal. If you can, recalibrate the battery by letting it drain fully and then charged back to full. Better have the right head shape for this headset

The ear cushions are super comfortable, but the ski band design for adjustment is such a bizarre choice for me. I know it's extremely popular with other brands, like the Steelseries Arctis line, but if you have a head shape that isn't exactly perfect for these headsets, they're incredibly uncomfortable. I had to loosen it to the point where the band was basically sitting on the hard part, rendering it borderline painful to wear. Ditch the skiband trend and this would be a solid headset.

Literally the best I've ever used in my life, but I had to return them due to iCue conflicting with my motherboard's RGB software and messing with my PC.

The mic light is a bright white while the mic is on. It has little to no adjustability, and remains right in your peripheral vision, distracting you while you are trying to game. And this light cannot be turned off. The only remedy is covering it. I am returning this for being a completely unnecessary eyesore.

Not worth the headache.

The comfort was nice and the setup was easy. However, iCue program especially the newer version ruined the experience for me. My mic would randomly emit a loud noise, hurting everyone else's ears on call. I would had to unplug the adapter and reset the headset, which is already a headache. I gave up and returned it using GSP. I recently got another headphone as I have a usb mic. So while the reviews on YouTube were great, over time was bad.

Not made for people who wear glasses
