Software meh. Headphones were nice

Then contacted support they suggested that I do what I had already had done and stated in my support request that I already done it. I returned and purchased another pair I believe the problem was the IQUE software not the actual headphones as the problem started after there was an update .

First the sleep time on them are really short maybe one or two min without audio and they shutoff really annoying have to turn them back on all the time. Second issues is they have problems staying connected they constantly disconnect sitting about 3 feet from the dongle.

Great mic but uncomfortable for longer sessions
