It's just not a good headset for someone who would prefer not to have to charge it after 6-8 hours of use.

Sorry to hear that you're getting low battery life, could you try cycling the battery? Let the battery drain fully, then fully charge back up. Due note that RGB lighting can also reduce some battery life as well. If you're still having issues after this, please feel free to reach out to our support team: support.corsair.com

Make sure you create your own custom EQ or it will sound terrible! Also, Headset will not turn off while charging.

Thank you for your feedback. In regard to the audio quality, I suggest downloading Dolby Access from the Microsoft store and making sure Dolby Atmos for Headphones is enabled in Windows' sound control panel. You'll then be able to customize the EQ from Dolby Access. If you have any questions with the headset, please feel free to contact us - we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com
