Headset is working fine but microphone wont work anymore after ushing for 1 year its shame 150 dollers headset mic only lasted 1 year i reached out geeksquad they didnt help me because it has been one year but headset is still under manufacturer warranty

The headset is pretty small and only has a adjustable strap, also when having the Corsair icue software installed there is always a white noise when audio is being produced, but it does have good mic quality.

This is hands down the best headset I’ve ever used. From the build to the sound quality, it is amazing. My only complaint would be the head band does cause some discomfort after an extended period of use.

These were ok, the pads on the headphones are always coming off now, my son has had them for about a year now. I probably wouldn’t purchase these again.

No noise canceling. Battery level. Mac OS

Would be nice if it had noise canceling for the price. Battery level display is not what I expected. Muted mike feature is awesome, however it is not well integrated with the Mac OS.

It was okay. Very tight fit. Not for bigger heads. Also when using wired it adds tons of audio latency bummer i really wanted to like it but big let down. I ended up getting Sennheiser HD 560s so much better incredible sound. The corsair was okay. Ended up returning it.

Worked great until it stopped working 4 months later. The flip up to mute microphone feature has failed, and my headset is stuck muted. Nothing i have tried works and there is no solution to manually disable the feature. Headset is bricked.

Falls apart easily, not worth the money. Highly suggest insurance on this product because it will begin to fall apart quickly.

The headset itself is a good one, the mic sounds great too. But iCue is the worst software, I have to manually reconnect the headset every time I use it instead of it just turning on and automatically working. Corsair even sent a replacement dongle and no luck
If a replacement dongle hasn't solved the issue, please inform our team so more steps can be followed to alleviate the problem.

Comfortable but the sound quality isn't the best. I would've liked to have a little more bass but I guess you can't ask a lot from a wireless headset without sacrificing battery life.
