Only used it to play call of duty but I could hear better on the PlayStation pulse headset, it could be my settings too but it’s hard to hear footsteps in game.

One of the best headsets I’ve owned. Outstanding mic quality, along with some of the best sound quality I’ve seen in gaming headsets around the $99 range when on sale. Great Buy.

Title sums up review. Sound quality is okay but battery life is maybe 2 hours. Headset discharges while turned off. Basically bought a wired headset for an additional price.

These headset look great and do perform good for a while but then the mic starts cutting in and out after a couple of months use. Cost more to send it back since you pay shipping both directions.

It could be so much better...I've had far too many issues with icue to recommend this product.

Not too good. My son has gone through 2 of these headsets in only 8 months. The microphone breaks off after actuating the up and down daily for a few months. The ear pieces also fall apart after normal daily use from a few months. Same problem on both headsets. He is using a 3rd different cheaper headset pair from a different vendor now and hsa had no issues.

I have had this headset since April of this year. The left earpad is slowly coming off and there is no way to put them back on. I will be requesting either a new set or this one repaired

Worse headset money can buy . The conection keeps cutting off and on with the dongle. Ive updated both the headaet and dongle and still having problems with the sound cutting off.wanted to return this product but turns out i miss the deadline to return it

Note even a year in and already they have issues. Constant disconnecting then stupid constant beeping. I shut them off and turn them back on and same garbage. Updates don't work. A monkey can make a better set of head phones. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY. Best Buy shouldn't even be selling this garbage.
