Works great, barely any bass tho, good comms mic. The left earcup is beige for some reason, no exactly white

Most comfortable headset I’ve ever owned, audio is perfect.
Everyone says my mic sounds very crisp
My only complaint is that the mic picks up any background noise. So if you play with a fan or with the ac on, everyone’s going to hear it.
It could probably be fixed with a foam mic cover

Great headphones! I use them for work answering phones and working on the computer. If you use them for phone only they will go to sleep in between calls and you have to press the power button each time before you can answer the call. I listen to siriusXM at the same time so they never go to sleep. To mute them you just raise the mic boom and then flip it back down to unmute. The batteries last over 8 hours without a recharge. It was very easy to install by just plugging in the transceiver and away you go. Only draw back is they are a one size fits all kind of fit but are still comfortable. I recommend these to anyone who wears a headset for an extend period of time. If you buy them you will love them once you adjust to them.

The cushion is soft and amazing doesn’t give me a headache. The sound quality is also really good, great for call of duty and fornite. The microphone is clear and cripsy.

TLDR: Great wireless headset! Not the best battery life, a bit tight for big heads, but amazing sound!
Overall I love this headset. Feels extremely high quality, and is quite comfy. Being able to play and charge is great, a big bonus vs my last wireless gaming headset that couldn't play and charge. While being plugged in, you can enjoy even better sound (data rate wise), but I'm not much of an audiophile, and I couldn't really tell much of a difference. I have an extremely large head, and maxed out it just fits, while still being a bit tight, but I'm guessing it'll stretch a bit after extended usage. RGB is just a bonus, but works well with the iCUE software. Corsair really has a great medium-high end wireless gaming headset in the HS80!

Going to post about this model and the hs80 max ones.
I have had both of these and spent some time tuning them.
Everything about these look and feel identical...
So the hs80s were super flat out of the box, Down loaded a 31 point eq to my PC and i was able to make them sound better but no matter what i did they were still kinda flat..
So i tried the hs80 max ones and they sounded the exact same out of the box.
Where these 2 differ is from the atmos software that is included with the Maxs..
i ran the same eq settings on both of them and the max out performed the 80 by an land slide.. From bass to highs.
I then added the atmos software, which also has a bulit in EQ adjustment and WOW... Its like they made them designed to only use the atmos system.
so if you can get the atmos on the hs80s then you will be good, If you like listening to music with highs and good clean low bass, then get the max.. plus with the max you get BT that you can use on you phone and use them to listen to music during your normal day or what not.
Comfort is the same, I have an issue with both because i wear glasses and for some reason my right ear is killing me... So thats just something to note..
And thanks for your feedback. If there's anything functional our team can help with, don't hesitate reaching out directly right on our site at any time.

CORSAIR HS80 RGB WIRELESS Gaming Headset has great sound both in gaming and other media. It is easy to set up for both PC and console hookup. I did mine on both my gamer PC and on my PS5. On the PC the Dolby Atmos is a very nice addition with great sound. The Microphone is very clear with good noise canceling, but it doesn’t pick up your voice well if you are being quiet. It seems to want a normal speaking voice for good pickup. The lighting can be adjusted on the PC with the Corsair iCue app.
As to why I only gave it Three Stars – This seems to be made for the smaller head size and ear size. Even with the headband adjusted to the largest size, the headset was uncomfortable after a half hour of use. The pressure gave me a headache and the ear cups got hot. There was no provision for people that wear glasses and this gave me a lot of pressure on my eyeglass stems. I have smaller size ears and the cup size was fine, but my wife, who has larger ears, the cups were uncomfortable. We had someone with a smaller head and ears try them, and they worked fine for her.
The quality of the build is excellent, but its versatility is lacking, being designed more for someone with a small head and small ear size.

Kinda bought these on a whim but I don't regret it. Mic quality is almost exactly the same as my previous headset but this one has the benefit of being wireless. Almost returned it cuz it was too small for my head but one small adjustment on the strap and problem solved.

I'd rate this 3.5 stars if I could. The sound quality of this headset is amazing. I never tested the mic though since I use a desk mic. The problem is that it doesn't have much adjustability for head size, so it didn't fit my large head well and gave me headaches. I exchanged it after a couple of days.

Corsair makes some really good headsets. I bought some 700 max turtle beach and was really upset of the overall quality of the headset. Took them back and got the corsair and am really impressed with the overall quality.
