This is an excellent keyboard for gaming and general use. Do not be put off by the fact that it only has membrane switches. Mechanical switches can be noisy.

After looking for a new gaming keyboard that wouldn't break the bank, I decided on the K55. I have not been disappointed in the least with the purchase.

Keyboard is very comfortable, lights up, comfy and quiet and it comes with a smooth little attachment for the wrist to lay on when using the keyboard which helps immensely for long computer sessions. Corsair is an awesome brand and they make great reliable computer components. It replaced my older Steel series gaming keyboard which was much needed and way better.

This is a good keyboard for people starting to get in the PC gaming race. The RGB lighting effects are bright and powerful, and the settings can even be configured using Corsair's iCUE software. The keyboard has a plastic feel and membrane switches, so I would recommend to buy this if you do plan on upgrading to something better like the Corsair K95 Platinum. All in all, it is still a decent keyboard for beginners. The price is unbeatable.

Good keyboard dirt gets stuck in-between keys but it's ok love the color and easy to use when doing almost everything I need to get done and play games with it as well not much lagging when I use it so that's cool I'd probably get the updated version of this one if I was still looking for a keyboard

The Corsair K55 is a solid and comfortable gaming keyboard. I have used different keyboards but never found any that were a good fit without paying hundreds of dollars for one. The K55 isn't perfect, but for the price ($39), it does the job well. Most tech Youtubers I follow prefer a clickier sounding keyboard and I am inclined to agree. Even at its current price, it is a bargain and a great start for PC gamers that want a solid keyboard from a trusted brand.

Very good gaming keyboard at a good price..... It just feels so good when playing and the RGB also like woah... Don’t get me started on the price as well I was very surprised that it was that much would definitely recommend this keyboard to anyone and once again Corsair never lets me down with their products.

Bought this key board for my son's birthday, he said it's exactly what he wanted and said it works great, just as it's described. Great quality too.

The lighting is nice and the keyboard works , The keyboard colors work great with my computers lights...

When I use the key board the keys feel solid when pressed. I also like the lighted key board and all the options that come with it Great product!

This is the best membrane kb I’ve ever had. Love the programmable keys. Easily my favorite non-mechanical kb. The rgb’s look beautiful on it too!

There are better variants but for the price this is wonderful keyboard. I've had it for about a month so far and I've had no problems so far.

I would highly recommend this keyboard to all users but especially to people coming from laptop keys like my self. I loved my low profile laptop keys because of how silent they are but this keyboard is not much louder and feels so much nicer. As well as the beautiful RGB all across the keys.

This keyboard is definitely great for beginners. The keys have a really nice and quiet click, and on top of that it is very comfortable. I am also a big fan of being able to control the brightness of the light and the colors. Overall I think this is a great keyboard for gaming or for lots of use.

First, I love this keyboard. You can swap out keys for curved textured ones that are for gaming. There is an unlimited rgb combos. Second, It has more key than I need. I don't plat MMOs so the extra G number keys won't see use. Over all I love this thing

You won’t find a better keyboard for $50. You lose some customization on it with the 3 section RGB but if you are on a budget this is the best option. It’s not a mechanical keyboard but it feels like one when you’re typing. Just without the sound. Seems to be very good build quality

I bought this keyboard to replace the miserable and flat wireless keyboard our office gives us by default. I'm a systems programmer, I pound out a lot of code, emails, and messages on a daily basis. Having a keyboard like this has made it enjoyable. I tend not to keep the rainbow lights going, unless I feel like having a rave at my desk. The keys have very good feedback and have a good-long press that I tend to prefer. I'm easily able to squeeze out my max 124 words per minute on this thing. I've owned other corsair gaming keyboards, and used them for gaming, this one is good. I liked my old ones better, they had more of a mechanical feel. This keyboard gives you that mechanical feel, for less money. I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice keyboard! Almost thought it was mechanical out of the box. The RGB works well with the iCue app. Keys are very easy to read and almost have a mechanical feel. The lights are bright. Value is good at this price point. I would recommend the purchase of this keyboard.

Very good keyboard. Use mainly for fps games in Warzone for both PC and PS4 Pro. You have to enable BIOS mode when using on PS4 by holding the Windows lock button, which will be blinking the entire time it's active. The RGB and the macro keys are a plus if you are live streaming. Must have iCue and Streamdeck apps enabled at the same time for this to work.

This keyboard works great. I love how you can change the backlight colors. Also, the program keys work well in the games I play.
