Not a terrible mouse at all. I’m not a gaming freak but for the price it was at at the time I think it’s amazing it comes with 3 weights you can screw in at the bottom as well to adjust or balance out weight in the mouse to your liking. I highly recommend this mouse especially if your budgeting for sure.

Overall this is a great mouse, my only issue is that I can not bind the "the sniper" button on the side of the mouse to do anything. User error probably, but I have gone through several reddit feeds to bind the button and have had no success. That is a minor issue that really does not effect using the mouse for gaming/office work.

I owned this previously when it first launched for my desktop and now in 2024 i bought one for my laptop which replaced the "Corsair Nightsword" mouse due to a misfunctuon with it doing double clicks for the left click after owning it for 7 months.

I bought this to replace my 3 year old M65 Pro after it developed the inevitable double-clicking issue. The feel of the mice as far as how they fit in your hand are virtually identical, although the sniper button is placed further forward on this mouse and that makes it harder to press for me. I'm a woman with medium sized hands so that's disappointing as it was perfectly positioned on the M65 Pro. I really wish more companies would consider the fact that more and more women are gaming when designing their mice.
Quality wise I'm also a bit disappointed as this mouse's body is entirely plastic, despite the bottom silver part looking metallic (which it was on the Pro). The plastic of the buttons also feels a bit cheaper. So it definitely feels like build quality of the exterior has dropped over previous generations of the mouse. Hopefully that means all the money went into the optical switches which was the main selling point for me.
Functionally so far it's performing well and I suppose that's the main consideration. I bought this mouse specifically over the M65 Elite because I wanted the optical switches in the hopes that it will cause the mouse to last longer but only time will tell.
All-in-all I'm satisfied with the purchase and as long as the switches live up to the hype I'll be happy with it.

I moved from the Nightsword to this mouse and let me say, it was a great investment. It’s smooth, quick, responsive, the adjustable weights makes it feel solid. The “tilt” actions were a huge surprise and it was a great surprise at that.

I got this to replace my old M65 which lasted 11 years. This mouse is ultra responsive and boasts a higher DPI than some of the newer models. I love the crisp button clicks, and I cannot live without the sniper button.

I've purchased 3 of these mice, and they usually last 2 years or so before it needs replacing. I'm a pc gamer, so I use this mouse a lot. I have been a fan for a while, but I deducted 2 stars because of quality. Corsair quality overall has decreased in the last 10 years or so. Specifically, with this mouse they have opted for more plastic and less metal (ew). Also they used to have braided vinyl (or something else) to cover the cord. Now it feels like cheap fabric and I can tell you with 100% certainty that this will not last as long as the prior versions.
If you can find it on sale, it's not a bad mouse, but they used to be much nicer for the same price.

Great Corsair mouse, not surprised, the added weights give you a customization that you don't see with other mice. Solid build, has a clicky feeling, like with mechanical keyboards. ICue software gives you full access to customizing buttons for your gaming experiences.
