Was looking for a 2tb gen4 nvme and this was the best overall value given corsair's reputation and its higher than avg read / write speeds and price relative to its competition. It replaced a similar 1tb drive in a PC and worked without a hitch after initial setup. Note or anyone thinking of replacing the heatsink, don't bother because it's near impossible to remove.

This drive is shockingly fast. Its for the system drive in my PC and I wanted a cooling block to increase lifespan. I upgraded from an Intel nvme v3 to this just because I wanted to increase space. My drive was already amazingly fast because I upgraded from an SSD. That shocking speed increase was hard for me to believe. Well upgrading to THIS drive feels that much faster than my old nvme. I intend to buy another so I can clone periodically just because I'm not sure how long nvme drives will last. Cloning only took 9 minutes for 1tb! Top tip: download the free utility Clonezilla instead of paying for a commercial software. It makes a bootable USB and it's free.

I used this for my ps5 and haven’t had any problems. Was super easy to install and made my ps5 much easier to put more games in it! Highly recommend. I would have liked more TB but for the price was amazing

This ssd was honestly super simple and easy to install and format, and the loading speeds are virtually identical to the built-in PS5 ssd, not to mention its reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their storage.

Works exactly as described, at a good price. Install was super easy, less than 10 minutes total with included instructions and plenty of guides online as well. Very fast and in my opinion a mandatory upgrade for the PS5

Don’t let prices fool you. This may not be as expensive as the “officially licensed by Playstation” SSDs, but this one is top shelf. Super easy to install, plus it actually SPED UP loading screens and load times for my PS5. At 2TB, it holds alot of games, and games transfer from the PS5 to this SSD faster than they would transfer from the PS5 to external hard drives. PLUS, my PS5 hasn’t frozen or crashed since installing this. This is one of the best products you can buy for your PS5, especially at a lower price than other advertised products. This is one of the PS5s best kept secrets.

The best purchase I’ve made regards to gaming. I never have to delete or redownload a game. All my clips go to my regular console storage and all my games to my Internal SSD. I would recommend to anyone who struggles with storage space

Great design and storage size for the price. Good design on the heat sink too, important for the use in a PS5 Slim. Functions as expected, PS5 instnatly recognized and formatted it for use. Corsair has usually been quite reliable, confident this will last a while but that cannot be verified this early in its use.
