The ability to hear the crisp sound of music/videos along with ambient sounds is good. The classic wire to each speaker is nostalgic but a bit unnecessary

With the slightest movement the mic and mic side audio disconnects. I have to remove the headset in the middle of a game and push in that 1/4 of an inch. I would also prefer inline controls.

I never dropped it, was rough with it, or scratched it. This is not a good headset for standalone gaming. The hyperx cloud 1 is better in every aspect except for voice quality in the microphone. though I've never used it with an Astro mix or amplifier of any sort.
