It’s great overall but that’s the only constant issue I’ve been having with this headset making it hard to use.

Sorry to hear, is the included charging cable no longer working for you? Other cables should fit without issue as this is a standard port. If the port seems loose, can you check inside the port to ensure that there isn't any debris that is causing obstruction? It’s not comfortable to wear and it doesn’t block out any noise. I do not recommend these.

The only thing con I could think of is the battery life but if your fine with playing with the wire then this is the headset for you.

Gees, this kid should leave a review himself cause the quality on this headset are well worth the money.

The setup looks awesome. The iCue software works well enough but if you need to uninstall it, it can be really difficult. Otherwise I am very happy with the quality of the headset.

Other than that everything else about this headset is great and for the price it isn’t bad at all .

Doesn’t stay on your head

However, the physical design is very poor. This thing is a little heavier than my Turtle Beach headset and what kills me is the polyester. The phones/cups are lined with polyester/finer material instead of rubber. Because of that (and that it’s top heavy), anytime I look down or up, it starts sliding off my head. No matter how much I adjust the size to fit my head, it doesn’t matter. It’s very annoying.

And sorry to hear. The Void Elite series is indeed our best-fitting headset for those with medium or large sized heads but would be a horrible fit for those with smaller heads. If you still can, please give our HS70 Pro headset a look for a better fit for you.

Great headset if you have big ears/head.

These ear cups are big and really comfy. I change them out for leather which makes them even more comfy. Corsairs icue software isn’t great though.
