Only reason for the lower rating is that it requires the long usb dongle to pair to your computer. Would be much better if the headset paired directly to the device. Especially for the price.

I’ve tried every single other headphones at Best Buy and these are the best by a lot! The have more bass and they are louder and they are wireless. The battery even last for days! Highly recommended

Good price range, bad design for small head...

It is an actual good product. My main issue is the headset being too large for my head (which happens for most gamer headset). The headset, in the tightest setup, heavily rest on my ears. After 2 hours of use, I have to remove it as my ears hurt pretty bad. The quality of the sound and mic is very good for the price range, but don't expect more. I still use my other headset just for listening to music. Overall it would be a 6.5/10. I am content, but not amazed by the product.

Even after installing udates on the icue software. Returning these. Not sure if it was because of being on the ps5 but the volume toggle in the head set wasn't working.

The charger doesnt always charge the headset and have to fiddle with the port. But good sound.
