The sound from the headphone, left me wanting more. It is extremely flat. The preprogrammed 15 min auto shutdown is annoying.

Avoid - new version is poorer quality and cuts out

It's been a couple months and they cut out and disconnect, and the battery does not last long when charged. Super disappointed that the quality has gone downhill for these. They're so bad quality compared to before. Yes, it is comfortable, but if it doesn't work does it matter?

Sorry to hear about your experience. For optimal wireless connection, it would be recommended to have the USB dongle inserted into a USB port that maintains direct line of sight of the headset. Adjusting the RGB lighting would also help prolong battery life.
