Everything about this headset is great except for the MIC. Nobody can hear me, and I've done all the troubleshooting steps.

I mainly use this headset for work but this headset is doubtly a very good item. Fairly good reach. I can reach my desk to the break room with in 30 ft and not miss a thing

First off the sound was extremely staticy and without forcing a firmware update almost each time you wanted to use them, they stayed that way. .aside from that, they died after 3 uses. Corsair does make some great products but this is not one of them. Ear cuffs were fantastic and comfortable the mic was great but the overall it's not really worth it. I suggest you read reviews heavily before buying these.

Nice comfortable fitting headphones. I use these for my computer and they connect very easy although I wish the battery would last a little longer than they do.

Very solid Headset that works perfectly for what I need. It may be a gaming headset but I use it as home for work and it fits everything I need and want.

I had good experiences with the Void RGB Pro, but this headset has given me a big headache. From the day I bought it I've had issues with audio constantly cutting out and getting staticy for no reason at all. Then, my mic just won't unmute period. Among other problems. Low quality headset, would highly reccomend to stay away, which is sad cause usually Corsair has great products, but these are not well made and should not be $100.

It’s a little uncomfortable that the band has to go more towards the front of head. Had trouble connecting to included adapter and Icue software.

Bought 2 pairs for our high school kids (freshman and junior years). They use the headset daily for online classes and gaming.

Excellent item. Fits comfortably over my eyes and the minimizes the noise.

I expected better, overall a pretty decent headset .Volume control is non existent.

Don't work without a Bluetooth receiver so..one USB port in use and you can't use it with phones.

Cool headset, but was ridiculously complicated to set up. The software that installed with the headset installed a completely different headset driver, and the rest was insane to figure out. Once I finally got it set up, and I changed the lights on it to some nice colors, I went to call some Discord friends. They said my mic quality was terrible, so I checked it, and indeed it was. Would not recommend.

sometimes I can hear the person that I'm talking and they can't hear me but sometimes they're work sometimes they're don't people can barely hear me

Decent headset for the price. Delivers good communication but is generally lacking in sound quality.

so i ordered this headset a while ago because my friend had the same model and recommended it to me. it was great for the time being; however one night it flat out stopped working. there is no warranty anymore and i cant get a rma or even a refund. if you do decide to buy this headset, DO NOT HOLD DOWN THE MUTE OR POWER BUTTON WHEN PLUGGING IT IN! this is how my headset broke, and other users have faced the same issue. save your money.

They are good headphones but I do not recommend for ps4 because the volume is really low

Having never used a gaming headset before, it did take some getting use to, but worth the money spent. I love that it was plug and play, no setup or downloads necessary for my PS4.

I was super excited to get these bad boys, but this was short lived. The headphones themself do not connect to icue. I’ve spent hours on hours going through software, scanning and repairing, changing USB ports but nothing worked! Additionally the Sound quality on them was subpar. It would disconnect and then reconnect, voices came across distorted, and the mic is super quiet. For 100 plus bucks you can do way better

Mic worked for 6 months then gave out. Low mic issues from the software.
