I did not like these headphones as much as i thought I would. The setup and use was quick and easy but I did not enjoy the sound quality of them. I think it had to do with the foam ear pieces that affected the sound. I do own Corsair everything else so I was surprised that I did not find these of better quality.

Amazing headset! Been using it for over a year now and still doing great. I use it for PS4 and PC. Haven't tried it on the Switch yet though.

I love everything about this unit it fits all my needs and more. If you need a gaming headset look no further. Only wish it worked with my Switch as well

It's a really good headset. Only complaint is people can't hear me extremely well

The fit perfectly! Replacing some headphones by Razor and these are better by far! The only con I have for them is that the mic is a little low.

Good easy to use no problems so far. Will use for a year and find out how long they last

Did not lile them. They are to loose. Not good for me.

My only issue was that it needed to be plugged into a USB 3.0 slot instead of 2.0. With it in 2.0 it would not stay connected well at all.

Did not work upon using for first time. hads to return for replacement. 2nd one was fine

Most annoying headset I’ve ever had, way to expensive, I had them for a couple months now, battery life is medium, goes down quick, one full charge would last about 5 hours, it pulls my hair every single time, if I’m using only one hear they fall every time. Please save your money and get something better

Volume doesn’t work for ps4 other then that works fine for pc

It is the third time when we exchanging this item. The good thing - we an insurance and it helps to replace it every 2 years. Otherwise, I would not purchase it again. The headset has a different type of issues: Quality of sound, broken and loose parts in one year of use, and etc. It looks nice but the quality should be better.

I sent it overseas as a gift and it was intact however they said once they plugged it in it had static noises which is insane to me it was a brand new headphone and i couldn't return it because again it took 3 weeks to be shipped because of the Covid and now my receipt is not valid ! the item was factory defective.

Overall good headset with decent lighting. I bought it mostly for the iCue compatibility.

Kind of heavy. And the battery doesn’t stay long.

I hated it, I thought it would be a great headset since you know it's a Corsair headset but even after I resetted the headphone, read 50 articles on fixing and downlading the ICUE software for the headphones it sucks I keep hearing my own voice through the headphones and the lifetime isn't great, I hated it will return.

Purchased and was VERY impressed with the product......at first. Only used it for a total of two times, and upon the third time, I discovered that it no longer works properly. I have to constantly repair the item, and the power button no longer works. For the price, I would have thought it would have been a MUCH better product.
