No sound, no lights won't charge. Really disappointed. Have keyboard mouse and case to go with. This product is of poor quality. Wouldn't buy them again

It was working fine until it broke. Please advise on way forward as the headset seems sturdy for day to day usage.

We returned this for a cheaper wireless headset.
