I don't believe BB has a 2 year plan, but we have a warranty for the product for the same length. Since this did fail within 15 days, however, you should be able to do an exchange. BIG love for a great headset

I spend most of the day using my headset between online work and social activities, and this headset is one of the most reliable, and comfortable ones I've ever owned. The only issue I ever had was the size of the dongle... and that only became a problem when my puppy got hold of it. XD

Comfy, cool features, range isn't as far as hoped.

I really like the function that auto mutes your mic when you flip it up. The range is also pretty good and I get about twenty feet when I leave the room with my PC in it.

So far no complaints I tested it out myself as well pretty good quality for the price if your on a budget. RGB is definitely a plus and when you use the icue software to control sound and lights.

Sorry to hear that the headset stopped working. Can you try cycling the battery to see if it can power on? Make sure it's fully depleted, then allow it to charge fully overnight. My go to headphones!

I just dealt with it since there is a mute button however it was annoying. I’m probably repurchasing them now that my old pair is on the outs. Good wireless distance, and sound canceling.

VOID RGF Elite Wireless Headset is awesome

Son and I played for hours and was amazing the fullness of the sound and the microphone was very clear according to my son. It was very amazing to see and hear the quality. Very comfortable headset.
