Out of the box, you get a stereo headset with a very good range. After downloading the iCUE software, you have access to other controls and settings on the PC. What's great with the iCUE software is now on the PC, you get 7.1 virtual surround. The bad is that 7.1 is only available on the PC. Headset is pretty comfortable for gaming, however extended gaming sessions, you begin to feel the weight of the headset and your ears start to feel discomfort. Sound quality is pretty good, but the bass response lacks depth during explosions. Overall, it's a very good headset with good build quality. Has decent sound and excellent wireless range.

I had owned the Corsair Void Pro wireless headset for just under two years before they started having some crackling and audio issues. I had the Geek Squad protection plan and used that to replace them with these, the updated version. The Corsair Void Elite wireless headset was definitely an improvement in overall sound quality and construction. I was initially very happy with them and would have liked to keep them. However, about two months in to ownership they started to develop an all too familiar crackling sound, this time coupled with a disconnection issue to my PC. The headset would work fine with no issues for an extended period of time, but intermittently, and without any specific cause, they would disconnect and reconnect multiple times within a few seconds. Ultimately they would reconnect and work for a while longer, but this is definitely not an issue i could deal with long term. Whether it was interrupting a simple video game, or a very important call, the problem was becoming too consistent after only two months of use. I spent many hours online searching for a solution, and it seems as though i am not the only to experience this issue. Updating firmware on the headset, updating the iCue software, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers. Nothing seemed to resolve it. I ultimately returned these and chose a different brand. I have always been a fan of corsair, owning a corsair keyboard, mouse, and many fans for my PC. But after one moderate, and one poor experience with their wireless headsets, i will avoid any wireless headset from corsair in the future.

Amazing quality, crisp mic, plug and play. I’ve been using it for CSGO, sound is great, they’re super comfortable, all in all a great product worth the money

I was excited enough to try out the headset since it's my 1st gaming headset. Sadly.... the USB adapter it included won't work... The headset.... -Love the cushion -The design is sleek -The RGB is a nice touch I gave this product 3 stars because I really like the headset design. Now.. the cons... -USB adapter doesn't even work.... at all. For hours, I was trying to figure out how to make my headphones connect to the USB but it wouldn't even connect... nothing. I've tried all the fixes i've seen in the web and sadly, nothing. I feel that the USB adapter is the main issue here. Headset is full charged, plugged in the USB cable, adapter is reset several times, etc. It's funny because in the Corsair website, it listed tips. And apparently, their tips is useless. 1000/3000 users find their tips helpful... that's... not a good sign hahaha. Overall, disappointed. Just a buyer beware that their USB adapters won't work well. I can just return for an exchange, but at this point I'm just gonna get bluetooth headphones Was able to connect my beads earphones to my PC just fine. Kinda wish gaming headsets have bluetooth so I can avoid this USB issue.

My wired version of the void we’re getting old and they were starting to fail. Decided to go with the wireless version and they’re just as good. Not too heavy like other wireless headphones and fit well with for someone with a big head.

This is a great headset. I've owned a few of them over the years. Good range, great quality sound, but over the years the build quality has went down so I upgraded to the HS80MAX and couldn't be happier.

It's definitely a great headset for immersive sound and hearing footsteps in the game if you play FPS multiplayer. However it's very hard for the mic to pick up your voice when you attempt to talk through mic. Sometimes I end up having to actually put the mic near lip contact for it to hear me which I find unpleasantly annoying. It's still a great headset for amazing sound but I don't know about the voice output.

so far so good - keeps charge not happy with fact that my prior headset that was a gift and on their shelf, (that was horrible) store would NOT give me a credit! the only biz I will do with Best Buy is IF I must have it and if so order online. no concept of cust care

I bought this product because i have a corsair scimitar, and used to have some astro tr40 tournament edition wired headset, so i was very spoiled when it came to sound quality. I wasn't expecting alot for the price, but i was pleasantly surprised, the audio quality is pretty close to the wired tr40's and it's wireless! Total game changer here, It can definitely hang with the competition, we will see after a month or two of use but I'm very happy with this headset so far, and i was also surprised to see that it runs Spacial Sound, which is rare for a headset at this price! Definitely a steal! Don't order this shipped though it can get lost! Go curbside pick up or pick up in store.

Overall pretty good for the price. I use them for work and they are more than serviceable for my purposes.

Good Headset for the price. I would recommend. I've had it for about 1 year or 2 bought it when I bought my pc. it lasted very long and good quality.

Wonderful headphones especially for the price. These are my first gaming headphones and the sound quality and mic quality are so good. I think I'll be sticking to Corsair

These were ok, had them for four years before they crapped out. They are alittle on the heavy side and the mic stand is a bit long for me. People kept saying I sounded really far away, so I'd have to hold the mouth piece closer to my face when trying to talk.

Not worth the money in my opinion. It's an overall decent headset, but there's definitely better out there. I had a wired Corsair that I loved, so tried this, was really disappointed. Anyways, the volume for the microphone is too low. I had to look it up and found a great YouTuber, but had to install a 3rd party software just to make this work. Kind of ridiculous for $100. Also their iCue interface is mediocre. Mic volume is set at 100% by default, but it's horrible. Other than that you can change the colors or adjust sound quality. Overall I could not recommend this.

Excellent wireless gaming headset for my son. It's comfortable and durable at an affordable price.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED, IT WORKS GREAT AND CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THE WAY A HEADSET SHOULD. PLUS IT DOESNT COST THAT MUCH MONEY.

Though the Corsair Void RGB Elite is a solid headset, matching any of the build quality of other Corsair products, its wireless implementation is mediocre with a hit-or-miss in terms of range and strength given that it uses a dongle. The major challenge comes with the known widespread driver corruption issues in Windows-based machines, which results in cracking audio, popping sounds, and an unusable situation. It's apparently a known issue for Corsair, and they provide detailed fix instructions involving manual removal of the driver from Windows, disabling Windows driver auto-installs, and using iCUE to re-install the device. But the fix is not permanent, and the driver is known to re-corrupt, rendering this otherwise gorgeous headset totally inoperable. A rare miss from Corsair, whose other wireless headset products (Virtuoso, for example) do not have these issues.
